Under the day of Information Technology highly developing, college’s education informatization fatherly promoting and educational information resources construction gradually becoming regionalization and globalization, regional digital educational resources’co-construction and sharing have become the hotspot in colleges.Based on this historical background, the study is divided into two parts:the first part is a theoretical study. I will summary the research status about Digital Education Resource Sharing of regional colleges through arranging the literatures at home and abroad during the last five years, which lays the theoretical foundation for the actual research and countermeasures explore. The second part is the actual research. I will firstly select600teachers and students and several staffs from15colleges in Nanchang area to be a research object, using the methods of interviews and questionnaires to investigate the digital educational resources co-construction and sharing of colleges and universities in Nanchang area. The survey result shows that: the colleges in Nanchang have different building efforts and attentions to digital educational resources; their way of sharing resources is mainly Campus sharing; there are few colleges have experiences and plans of intercollegiate building and sharing digital education resources; more than2/3teachers and students have willingness of free shared, What’s more, there are many questions, such as the unequal resources construction between colleges and universities, the imbalance of resource’s development and utilization, large resource construction sectors and act of their own free will, the occlusion of sharing channels, the high repetition rate of resources and slowly updating and post maintenance, etc.In view of the questions about the status of digital educational resources sharing of colleges in Nanchang area, the study analysis the causes of these problems from both internal and external dimensions, including internal development and external security two aspects. The causes of internal development include wrong perception of sharing and copyright protection, the generation of psychological differences in university culture and people’s low information quality. The causes of external protection include the constantly lack of funds supply, slowness in process of technology standardization, non-specialized organizations operate, inadequate management function, imperfect legal system and the services lack of human element. Then, the study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions to promote regional digital education resource sharing:1) to renew the concept and strengthen the cognitive of the "co-known, co-construction, sharing, win-win" vision;2) to clear characteristic orientation and formulate regional resources sharing blueprints;3) to uniform the standard of resource sharing and provide basic technical support;4) to set up a specialized organization and develop professional team;5) to strengthen the quality monitoring of the regional resources construction and service;6) to improve the quality of the personnel and pay more attention to the sustainable development of resource sharing, etc.
