As a supplement and continuation of physical education,PE homework is a very important link,Director Wang Dengfeng said: in order to the healthy growth of children and teenagers,we should increase the opportunities and time for students to participate in physical exercise and outdoor activities.Opportunities and time for students to receive extracurricular training in physical education and aesthetic education should also be increased.In order to respond to national policies and promote the healthy development of students' physique,the present situation of sports homework in Suiyang district rural junior high school in Shangqiu city is investigated from the perspectives of school-level leaders of town middle school in Suiyang district,front-line PE teachers,students' parents and students.The results are as follows: The students' lack of physical training awareness,unwilling to take the initiative to take part in the status of exercise;The sports values of family members have changed,but the support for high school students is insufficient;The resources of professional sports personnel in rural high schools are insufficient,and their ability to guide students is insufficient.The imbalance of school education concept,the leaders at all levels gradually pay attention to the students' physical education and other problems.According to the above problems,the design and implementation of sports homework for grade nine in Gaoxin No.2 Middle School is carried out from the aspects of homework content selection,organization and performance record by experimental method.Through practical research,the results are as follows: First,the content and organization form of PE homework will affect the enthusiasm of students to participate it;Second,in the process of finishing the PE homework,students' awareness of participating in various sports exercises gradually increases;Third,through the comparison before and after,both students' physical quality and comprehensive quality have been improved.Through the design and implementation effect of rural high school sports homework,this study is to fill the gap in the research of rural sports homework,to provide a feasible theoretical basis for the development of school sports,better service for school sports education,in order to promote the healthy development of teenagers' physique.
