Research On The Design And Implementation Strategy Of Physical Education Homework For Senior Primary School Students In Changchun City Under The Background Of Integration Of Sports And Education

In the context of the integration of sports and education,it is an important task to pay attention to the balance between physical education and education in each educational stage,to give full play to the function and value of school physical education in educating people,and to promote the all-round development of students.In the interpretation of policies related to the integration of sports and education,physical homework has once again appeared in the public eye.The normalization of epidemic prevention and control and the continuous reform of education and teaching in primary and secondary schools have brought new opportunities for the development of sports.This research takes the design and implementation strategies of physical homework for senior primary school students in Changchun City as the research object,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature,expert interviews,experiments,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.As well as the current situation of physical education in the upper grades of primary school students in Changchun City,scientifically grasp the design basis and principles,innovate the content,completion methods,feedback methods,etc.,and preliminarily design a set of physical education homework for the upper grades of primary school in Changchun City,and carry out a 12-week experiment.The experimental process is divided into three stages,each stage looks for the problems existing in the design and implementation of sports work,and makes timely revisions and improvements.Before and after the experiment,students' physical and health knowledge and physical fitness were tested,and the analysis results showed that both aspects were improved.In the survey on the attitude and satisfaction of physical education teachers and students' parents towards physical education homework,the overall response is good,but some problems that need to be paid attention to are also exposed.Finally,the summary concludes that:(1)physical education homework can effectively improve students' physical fitness and help students master sports and health knowledge;(2)the design of homework content determines the completion effect of sports homework,and the physical and psychological reality of students should be considered in the design of homework;(3)the evaluation of sports homework focuses on implementation,and the sports homework completed in different environments should consider the specific situation;(4)The physical work and cultural class homework will affect each other,and the parents' awareness of sports homework needs to be improved.Based on this,this paper hopes to improve the physical health of students through the research on physical education in the upper grades of primary schools in Changchun City,solve the problem of sports compliance that parents and students care about,and give play to the role of schools in exploring sports talents and cultivating sports reserve talents,so as to promote the comprehensive development of students.Realize the function of "improve morality and cultivate people" in school sports,and make suggestions for opening up the "last mile" of the integration of sports and education.
