In the process of the development of China's modern education,the young generation is always the top priority and the hope of China's future construction of a powerful socialist modern country.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the cause of education,and the formulation and improvement of educational policies and policies are constantly improving.From the perspective of the cultivation and development of junior middle school students,the state has formulated and promulgated many relevant documents for the system improvement of junior middle school students,which is enough to reflect the state's attention and attention to the cultivation of the young generation.These measures have also further promoted the growth of the young generation and enabled the smooth progress and continuous improvement of various work to enhance students' physique.Flexibility is a very important physical quality of junior middle school students.It refers to the extent that each joint of the human body can stretch during activities,that is,the ability of soft tissue in corresponding parts such as joint muscles and ligaments to stretch.Through back boxing is a kind of boxing in China's traditional martial arts.Its movements are vigorous and powerful,and its basic skills are simple and easy to learn.For junior middle school students,it can not only improve their physique and enable them to exercise their muscles and bones in a timely manner,but also promote the healthy development of students' body and mind,making them more motivated and interested in learning.The basic skill of Tongbei boxing has the function of "stretching tendons,pulling bones and activating tendons",which is a great help to improve the flexibility of students' joints.In this thesis,60 middle school students are selected and divided into two groups.One group is the experimental group for relevant experiments,and the other group is compared with the experimental group.As the control group,each group has 30 students,while the 30 students in each group include 15 boys and 15 girls.Through the basic skill teaching of Tongbei boxing for 12 weeks,In order to explore whether this set of boxing has an effect on improving the flexibility of middle school students and how effective it is.In terms of experimental methods,independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test were used to compare and analyze the flexibility of the above two groups of students and the two groups before and after the experiment.The results show that:1.After the basic skill teaching of Tongbei boxing,after the experiment,the boys' experimental group found that there were very significant differences in four groups of data indicators(P < 0.01),namely,sitting body flexion test,prone back extension,prone arm lifting and front and rear split,while the girls' experimental group had very significant differences in three groups of data indicators(P < 0.01),namely sitting body flexion test,prone back extension and prone arm lifting,There is a group of data indicators with significant difference compared with that before the experiment(P < 0.05),that is,front and rear split.2.For traditional physical education teaching,there is no significant difference between the above four groups of indicators in the male control group after the experiment and before the experiment(P > 0.05),and there is no significant difference between the corresponding four groups of indicators in the female control group after the experiment and before the experiment(P > 0.05).3.After the experiment,the above four data indexes of boys and girls in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).
