| Physical education in colleges and universities is an important base for training high-quality physical education teachers and talents.Holding a basic skills competition for students majoring in physical education not only helps to further innovate the model of teacher training,improve the quality of new teacher training,provide talent support for basic education,and continuously promote the reform of teacher education courses,but also can test the quality of teacher training everywhere.Train the school to build a platform for exchange and learning.In order to implement the spirit of the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of Teachers in the New Era" and the "Jiangsu Teacher Education Innovation Action Plan(2018-2022)",the Jiangsu Provincial Teacher Education Professional Steering Committee Teacher(2012]No.14 Spirit Organizing Teachers' Basic Teaching Contest has been held for eight sessions so far,and has achieved positive results.In order to promote the improvement of the cultivation quality of physical education students and further play the role of the basic teaching competition,it is necessary to analyze the situation and summarize the existing problems.This article takes the current situation of the Jiangsu Teachers' Basic Teaching Contest(Secondary School Physical Education Group)as the research object,and comprehensively uses the research methods of literature,interview,comparative analysis,and field visits to the Jiangsu Teachers' Basic Teaching Contest(secondary school).In-depth analysis of the basic situation of the physical education group)and a comparison of related aspects with the National Basic Sports Contest for College Physical Education Majors,aimed at discovering the current problems in the Jiangsu Basic Teaching Contest for Teachers(Secondary School Physical Education)and proposing optimization strategies.After research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The content of the previous provincial basic skills competitions covers basic knowledge,general skills and professional skills.The content is comprehensive and rich.There are small changes in continuous improvement and development,but it remains relatively stable.(2)The Provincial Basic Skills Competition conducted an all-round inspection of the basic teaching skills of the participating students,focusing on the inspection of basic technical skills and actual teaching ability,and the comprehensive ability requirements are higher.The content and weight of the competition content can better reflect the requirements and spirit in the "National Standards for Undergraduate Professional Teaching Quality in Ordinary Colleges" and the training programs for physical education professionals in participating schools.(3)The number of contestants in the Provincial Basic Skills Contest is significantly less than that of the National Basic Skills Contest,and it has a certain representativeness,but it does not reflect the overall quality of talent training of physical education majors in various colleges.(4)The main shortcomings of the provincial basic skills contest:the evaluation method is relatively simple,lack of feedback improvement mechanism;the special skill assessment is less,the special setting is not reasonable;the competition time is not reasonable,and there is a certain conflict with educational practice and postgraduate examination;the degree of transparency Insufficient,openness needs to be further improved.Countermeasures:(1)Reform the evaluation method of the Basic Skills Competition to give better feedback to the participating students;(2)Properly increase the number of professional skills projects to more comprehensively assess the skill level of players;(3)Shorten the preparation time before the competition Truly reflect the basic level of teaching skills;(4)Further improve the openness of the competition and expand the influence of the competition. |
