Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education, and developing vocational education with efforts is the inevitable requirement for the rapid development of China's economic society. China's tourism industry needs a large number of high-quality tourism professionals in the process of participating in international competition, and the model of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational tourism education can achieve the educational goal for tourism majors. The problem is that the existing vocational schools and enterprises do not have a good cooperation and the relationship is lack of dynamic mechanism. The purpose of this study is to explore how to construct the dynamic mechanism system for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational tourism education.This paper is based on the theory of vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation and dynamic mechanism. It analyses what the internal and external factors of influencing school-enterprise cooperation are and the how these factors function with literature research methods. It introduces the school-enterprise cooperation in three famous higher vocational tourism school and analyses the successful experience and common problems in higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the dynamic mechanism system for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational tourism education based on theory studying, case study analysis and problem analysis in school-enterprise cooperation. There are four major aspects. Firstly, perfect government-oriented mechanism. Secondly, establish benefit-driven mechanism between schools and enterprises. Thirdly, strengthen monitoring mechanism of trade associations. Fourthly, form vocational education groups and construct mechanism of school-enterprise closely cooperation.
