The growth of novice teachers into expert teachers needs to continuously improve their abilities in educational and teaching practice activities,and teaching and research capabilities play a crucial role in promoting teachers' professional development and improving teaching quality.Teachers should aim to become expert teachers,and constantly discover,analyze and solve problems in education and teaching practice.This study takes primary school novice teachers and expert teachers as research objects,compares the teaching and research capabilities of the two types of teachers,explores the differences and reasons between the novice teachers and expert teachers' teaching and research capabilities,and puts forward the problems and problems of the novice teachers.Solve the countermeasures to help novice teachers form a correct understanding,take the initiative to improve teaching and research capabilities,and develop into expert teachers.This paper collects and organizes relevant domestic and foreign researches on novice teachers,expert teachers,teaching and research ability,etc.,and analyzes the requirements of primary school teachers' teaching and research ability.On this basis,according to the steps of educational scientific research,six sub-competencies of primary school teachers' teaching and research ability are proposed: ability to clarify problems,ability to collect data,ability to design programs,ability to organize and implement,ability to analyze data,ability to write results,and use these as self-Six dimensions of the questionnaire.Through the questionnaire survey and interview results of primary school teachers' teaching and research ability,the differences in teaching and research ability of novice teachers and expert teachers in primary school were calculated,and the deficiencies in the teaching and research ability of novice teachers were revealed,and targeted improvement strategies were put forward.Through the investigation on the teaching and research ability of primary school teachers,it is found that the teaching and research ability of expert teachers is significantly higher than that of novice teachers,and the overall internal level is more concentrated;the most lacking ability of novice teachers is the ability to clarify problems,and the level of literature review writing is far behind that of expert teachers.The most obvious;novice teachers are more dependent on cooperative teaching and research,while expert teachers are more inclined to independent research;novice teachers are not good at excavating and generalizing the in-depth content of research materials,and the quality of conclusions formed is higher than that of expert teachers.gap.Combined with the investigation of the influencing factors of teachers' teaching and research ability,this thesis concludes that novice teachers' teaching research has problems such as low level of ability,insufficient theoretical knowledge,lack of relevant skills,insufficient research motivation,lack of professional guidance and lack of resources and environment.According to the survey results and problem analysis,this thesis proposes strategies to improve the teaching and research ability of novice teachers in primary schools from the two levels of schools and teachers: schools should strictly implement policies and improve teaching and research work;provide abundant resources and ensure material conditions;establish incentive mechanisms and improve systems culture;strengthen professional leadership and build a research platform.Teachers should insist on learning and thinking in parallel to enhance knowledge reserves;based on teaching practice,improve their skill level;strengthen psychological mechanism and play the main role;insist on teaching reflection,summarize teaching and research experience;strengthen exchanges and cooperation,and realize mutual promotion of peers.
