China has developed into an ancient civilization with five thousand years' history.Now,China is gradually emerging on the world stage with its unique cultural system.Primary school students are the hope of the nation.Improving the sinology education in primary school,helping students correctly cognize sinology and understand the contemporary value of sinology,will help them better inherit and promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture.In recent years,China has paid more attention to the education of Chinese adolescence for young people,like the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education Primary Schools(2011 Edition)has clearly pointed out that the Chinese curriculum has an irreplaceable role in inheriting and promoting traditional Chinese culture and increasing national identity,pride,creativity and cohesion.This thesis investigates the current situation of Chinese classics teaching in the Chinese course of Dalian LM Primary School,and takes the textbooks used in the Chinese courses as the research object,using text analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods to conduct research and thinking,and then proposes a relevant strategy.This thesis firstly analyzes the content of Chinese classics and the presentation form of Chinese classics in the Chinese textbooks used by the school.Secondly,a survey was conducted on Dalian LM Primary School,and it was found that the interviewed students generally had a strong interest and curiosity in sinology,but the learning effect was not satisfactory.Investigating the reason,this thesis believes that the content selection and presentation form of primary school Chinese textbooks do not fit the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students,and problems such as the lack of focus in the selection of texts and the boring text illustrations have resulted in students being unable to have a correct and positive recognition of sinology,which in turn caused lack of interest in sinology.Based on the reflection on the above status quo,this thesis proposes that sinology is“ Out of awe of heaven and earth,the ancients tried to explore the law of the operation of things,perceive the connection between human and nature,and then record,inherit and promote the activities of objects and spirits as a complete set of cultural and academic system with strong oriental characteristics".On the basis of increasing the number of selected sinology studies in Chinese textbooks,the classics of sinology,as The Book of Changes,Inner Canon of The Yellow Emperor and Tao Te Ching,are incorporated into the textbooks,so that primary school students can form a correct,comprehensive and new understanding of sinology.At the same time,the illustrations selected from the first,second,and third year's textbooks were adapted into picture books,and the “image memory method” that was more in line with the physical and mental characteristics of young children was used to teach sinology,so that students could better appreciate the charm of sinology and improve sinology literacy.
