There are many and complex contents in the new textbook "Fundamentals of organic chemistry",which makes it difficult for students to understand this part of knowledge.Knowledge structure is the process of grouping and systematizing knowledge according to the internal relationship or common attributes of knowledge,so as to form a complete knowledge structure.The significance of studying knowledge structure is to help students systematize scattered knowledge,model complex material transformation and master the general idea of learning organic matter in the module of fundamentals of organic chemistry.It can really reduce the burden for students,cultivate their interest in chemistry learning,enhance their learning ability and level,and take the development of students' chemistry core literacy as our educational purpose.This study uses literature research,interview and other research methods,based on constructive learning theory,cognitive structure theory and discipline structure theory,through student questionnaires and teacher interviews to understand the current teaching situation of the new edition of the textbook fundamentals of organic chemistry,and analyzes the curriculum standard of 2017 edition and the content of the new textbook.Based on the above analysis,the knowledge structured teaching strategy is conceived,and the teaching cases are designed and applied to teaching practice.Through paper and pencil tests,student interviews and drawing mind maps,it is concluded that the knowledge structured teaching strategy conceived in this study is effective and practical in teaching.The specific manifestations are as follows: the effect of using this teaching strategy is better than traditional teaching,which is conducive to the implementation of the core literacy of chemistry;Promote the improvement of teachers' teaching ability;The promotion degree of students' knowledge structure level at different levels is different;It can change students' learning ideas and methods.
