With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the current development of society,the role of biology is becoming more and more prominent.For high school students,the traditional teaching methods in most high school biology classes can not meet the needs of current students.At the same time,it will bring some disadvantages,such as insufficient understanding and faster forgetting of knowledge,which will affect students' learning efficiency.As one of the teaching methods with strong applicability,scaffolding teaching is widely used by teachers,but there are few reports on the integration of mind mapping into Scaffolding Teaching.Therefore,this study integrates mind mapping into Scaffolding Teaching for exploration and research,in order to improve students' construction and connection of knowledge,establish their own intellectual thinking framework,and strive to explore teaching methods with strong operability and good effect,so as to provide reference for biology teaching in senior high school.The main research contents include:(1)the research status of Scaffolding Teaching and mind mapping at home and abroad;(2)A questionnaire survey was conducted among senior high school biology teachers and students to master the cognition of teachers and students on Scaffolding Teaching and mind mapping,and teachers' attitude of introducing mind mapping into Scaffolding Teaching for practice;(3)Analyze the teaching materials,select two classes with similar biological basis in senior one as the research object,and select the appropriate teaching content for teaching design.One class uses the method of mind mapping into Scaffolding Teaching,which is based on the concept of student-oriented and teacher-assisted,and the other class uses traditional teaching methods;(4)At the end of the teaching practice,reflect on the design case,sort out and analyze the pre-test and post-test data,evaluate the teaching,and draw the research conclusion.Practical research shows that the application of mind mapping in scaffolding teaching can stimulate students' learning interest P,significantly improve students' knowledge level,establish their own intellectual thinking framework by drawing mind mapping,and promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality such as induction and summary,logical thinking,exploration ability,innovation ability and cooperation and communication.Through the practical application of mind mapping in scaffolding teaching,in order to provide reference for biology teaching in senior high school.
