Group Work Involved In The Research On Health Education For The Elderly In Urban Communities ——Taking The Elderly With Chronic Diseases In Y Community As An Example

In recent years,fraud and public safety incidents occurred frequently due to the participation of the elderly in health lectures held by health product companies.On the one hand,it is due to the increased health needs of the elderly and empty life in their later years.On the other hand,the lack of community health education fails to provide health services effectively.However,some health care products companies,regardless of the bottom line of morality,take the opportunity to sell health anxiety as bait,and induce the elderly into the trap of their organization's activities,thus causing a lot of fraud,public safety and other social problems.Therefore,how to resist the occupation and erosion of the elderly living space by those unhealthy health products companies,meet the health needs of the elderly and fill their old life space has become the focus of this study.As a result,this research will be keen to participate in the activities of health care products company Y community of elderly chronic diseases as the research object,through professional social work method in improving community health education,within the community to provide health education to participate in the platform to meet its demand such as health,social participation,set up the correct health cognition,to avoid the blind to participate in the activities of health care products company.First of all,through a large number of literature research,learning from previous research experience,the accumulation of literature research foundation.Using questionnaire method,interview method,observation method,Y community health needs of the elderly chronic diseases and at the present situation and problems of community health education,found that the Y is necessary to develop community health education and chronic diseases of the elderly community health needs,the phenomenon of the imbalance between supply and demand,many elderly people keen to participate in the activities of health care products companies in order to satisfy the demands of their health.Secondly,this paper USES panel method,in the community for the activities of the team members to provide security and stability of platform,improve the community health education,under the guidance of social learning theory and activity theory,through regular group activities to meet team members physical health and mental health needs,and actively assist the elderly set up social support network in the activity.Finally,the author recorded the practical process of each section of group activities in detail,paying attention to the achievement of group work goals and the changes of group members,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures on the application of group work in community health education for the elderly through the development and evaluation of group activities.This study found that the professional social work method has a certain significance in the intervention and improvement of health education for the elderly in the community,which is targeted and feasible to solve the existing social problems and can meet the effective response of the service objects.However,there are still some deficiencies in this study,and further exploration and research are needed.
