Harmonious family culture is an important foundation for constructing harmonious and stable social order,however,domestic violence problems become a major hidden dangers that affect family harmony and social stability,a serious violation of women and their family member's life safety and other legitimate rights and interests,the director of security issues can not get effective guarantee,so the management of domestic violence problems become the necessary task of social development.In the early 1970 s,in view of the governance of family violence problem has attracted the attention of scholars both at home and abroad,in the past about domestic violence intervention habitually guided by the victim's problem,according to certain rules and procedures for their links to aspects such as policy,law,material of social support to achieve the goal of promoting the actual problem,ignore the systemic family violence problem,Therefore,it is difficult to achieve the effect of addressing both symptoms and root causes,let alone the localized development of intervention path.The solution to the problem of domestic violence is a social system project,which needs to be coordinated by multiple social organizations,multiple measures and joint efforts to promote.First,we need to attach great importance to the role of community publicity and education.Since domestic violence is not easy to be discovered,strengthening the publicity of anti-domestic violence law and gender equality awareness will help to improve the legal awareness of community residents,enhance the ability to prevent domestic violence,and help to improve the sense of belonging,identity and happiness of community residents.Second,it is necessary to fully explore,integrate and utilize social anti-domestic violence resources,strengthen cooperation and cooperation between departments,promote the construction of multi-agency cooperation mechanism to comprehensively improve fighting capacity and anti-domestic violence by relying on internal force,external force and resultant force,and systematically promote the solution of anti-domestic violence problem.Thirdly,the directivity of intervention should be strengthened.Domestic violence is a complicated problem that cannot be solved in one step.In order to improve the efficiency of intervention services,it is necessary to formulate a service plan with clear direction and objectives,strengthen follow-up follow-up services and consolidate the effectiveness.Only in this way can the client's needs be effectively met.In order to promote the modernization and localization of domestic violence governance path,this paper adopts the method of case work to carry out 5-month practical intervention and record the whole process of practice.Professional service relationship,in professional risk assessment,psychological assessment and evaluation of self-efficacy,directional strong service plan formulation,the development of community education and propaganda activities,building social support networks,advancing a director on the solution of the problem and guide the director to set up a correct concept of gender and the critical consciousness,as the director can increase empowerment,eliminate the impotence of egotism,Promote the promotion of self-efficacy to the whole process of evaluation,reflection and summary.Through intervention at different system levels,a social support network was established for the women victims of domestic violence in the case to eliminate the victims' sense of powerlessness,improve their sense of self-efficacy,and enhance their personal ability.Through community publicity and education,residents' ability and awareness of anti-domestic violence were enhanced to protect the lives and health of the victims and their family members.
