Domestic violence is a common social problem all over the world.Since the 1990 s,the phenomenon of domestic violence in China has been gradually increasing and spreading. Therefore, this problem has received more and more attention from the government, society and academic circles in recent years.Sociology, psychology, law, social work and other disciplines have a large number of domestic violence research. In the field of social work, scholars focus on the study of domestic violence from the perspective of ecology, advantages and social support. From the perspective of social gender, this paper uses the method of narrative therapy to analyze the theory and practice of domestic violence, focusing on analyzing the logic of female victims in the face of domestic violence,as well as exploring the path and method of social work to intervene in domestic violence. On the one hand, the interview method was used to collect data to clarify the life trajectories of female victims, and the text was analyzed and sorted with the content analysis method to discuss the causes and development logic of domestic violence. On the other hand,on the basis of summarizing the female victims' self-choice and reflection in the face of domestic violence, the narrative analysis method is used to explore the intervention path of social work.Specifically, narrative methods such as externalizing problems, finding unique results, and exploring alternative stories are used to deconstruct and reconstruct the life stories of female victims,so as to help them recognize the harm and influence caused by domestic violence on themselves,so as to awaken the awareness of female victims of domestic violence, change their self-cognition and improve their self-identity.This study hopes that through the intervention of social work, the victimized women can rebuild their "story collection",get out of the haze of domestic violence, and provide solutions for the anti-domestic violence work and the promotion of gender equality and equal rights. In the process of social work intervention, the study found that:From the perspective of gender theory, the long-term suffering of female victims of domestic violence is due to their patriarchal ideology, marital dependence and self-sacrifice.These three factors directly lead to the gender-fixed concept of female victims, and it is difficult to recognize the impact of domestic violence in the short term.In addition, the victimized women construct themselves as "family angels" and become "vassals of the family",which not only blurs the family boundaries, but also constitutes an invisible factor of domestic violence. On this basis, this paper first uses the method of deconstructive questioning to separate the person from the problem and understand the influence of the problem on the person.Secondly, typical cases of domestic violence were discussed with female victims to improve their awareness of domestic violence and reflect on their own experiences. Finally, through the extension of surrogate stories, the influence of domestic violence on female victims is relieved to the greatest extent.Through the above intervention methods, the author found that it played a positive role in promoting the awareness of female victims of domestic violence and improving their self-identity,but the effect was not obvious in guiding female victims to take a positive and legal way to deal with domestic violence. On the one hand, this paper only interferes with the female victims, which is slightly one-sided.On the other hand,it is difficult to shake the inner gender concept of female victims only with the help of social workers, and multiple subjects are needed to deal with domestic violence.
