The sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that we should unswervingly carry out the Party's education policy and train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and labor.It is an important educational task at present to train students' correct aesthetic taste,enhance students' humanistic background and realize their all-round development.Applying aesthetic education to the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior middle school is both an opportunity and a challenge for moral and rule of law under the background of the new era,and an important way to strengthen and improve aesthetic education in schools in the new era.Aesthetic education pays attention to the harmonious development of sensibility and rationality,pays attention to maintaining the harmony of everyone's spiritual world,and achieves the harmony and stability of family and society.Aesthetic education helps students to have a better understanding of themselves and the world,and helps students to improve their adaptability in an unconscious environment,so that their own quality can be improved and constantly develop in a better direction.In a word,aesthetic education can promote people's all-round development,can cultivate people's sentiment,so as to enhance students' scientific and cultural accomplishment and knowledge ability.It is of great significance to explore the role,possibility and necessity of aesthetic education in morality and rule of law in junior high school,and to seek for ways and methods to apply aesthetic education in moral and rule of law in junior high school,for promoting the innovative development of moral and rule of law in junior high school and promoting the all-round development of people.This paper analyzes the value and existing problems of aesthetic education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,and puts forward specific solutions according to the actual situation.According to the survey results,it can be found that there are some problems in the application of aesthetic education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle schools,such as teachers lack of systematic understanding and in-depth grasp of aesthetic education,and lack of effective evaluation criteria for aesthetic education teaching effect.In view of some problems existing in the application of aesthetic education in moral and legal education in junior high school,this paper mainly discusses the effective ways to implement aesthetic education in moral and legal education in junior high school from four aspects: teacher development,aesthetic education system,educational environment and aesthetic education pattern,and further promotes the value of aesthetic education in junior high school...
