After a century of development,has become a world-wide competitive international sports event that is deeply loved by the masses,widely popularized,organized and ruled.In July 2021,the 138 th International Olympic Committee Executive Committee announced that it would grant the International Cheering Federation a fully recognized international status,and cheerleading will soon become an Olympic event.This will surely inspire cheerleading workers around the world to promote the scientific,professional and standardized development of cheerleading,and push the development of the sport to a new level.Cheerleading is a sport with the characteristics of viewing,collective and competitive.Physical ability,spirit of unity and cooperation,and artistic performance all have an extremely important influence.Because of this,cheerleading has been loved and sought after by the masses in recent years,and has become a very popular sport in today's society.The construction of campus culture is an important part of school development,and it is of great significance to promote student development and school development.As an important sport,pom has been promoted and implemented in many primary and secondary schools.It is an important starting point for building campus culture and a key path to promote the implementation of the "A leading sporting nation" strategy.pom has a unique charm and is very suitable for primary and middle school students.At present,many schools take their curriculum construction as an important measure for campus culture construction.In order to better play the role of pom in promoting the construction of campus culture,under the strategy of "Healthy China",the impact of the development status of pom on campus culture is discussed,and the optimization of pom on campus is proposed.Implementation strategies and safeguards for healthy development.This paper takes 30 physical education teachers and 318 students from seven primary and middle schools in Xianning City as the survey samples.Based on literature,expert interviews,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper explores the current situation of pom,the factors restricting of the project and the impact of the current situation on campus culture in Xianning City primary and middle schools.With the development of pom it aims to enrich the campus cultural construction of primary and middle schools in Xianning City,improve the taste of campus culture,and contribute to the comprehensive strength of the school.The conclusions are as follows:1.Students have good motivation to learn about pom and have a clear understanding of their aesthetic education.They can realize that the project has a positive impact on the construction of campus culture.However,the current situation of pom training teams,teachers and teaching in Xinning City primary and middle schools cannot fully satisfy the students' desire for the richness of campus sports culture.2.The level of parents' physical education has an extremely important impact on childrens' physical behavior.Especially for the cheerleading,their recognition,economic support and leisure time investment are in direct proportion to the sustainable development of the project.3.After investigation,the school and parents agreed that pom has a certain impact on the physiology,psychology,physical quality,ideological and political and aesthetic education of primary and middle school students.The development of cheerleading in the school promotes the construction of the school's campus culture.Pom is an indispensable means and method to cultivate students' team spirit,cooperation awareness,and perseverance,and in the construction of campus culture,it is recognized by families,schools and society,and continues to interact,penetrate and inherit.4.Through expert interviews and questionnaire survey,24 indicators of 6 factors that affect the development of pom in Xianning City primary and middle schools are summarized as follows:(1)students' family conditions;(2)students' cognition of physical education;(3)students' sports behavior culture;(4)school physical education material and cultural environment;(5)school sports spirit and cultural environment;(6)school physical education system and cultural environment.5.From the level of sports material culture and spiritual culture,with the help of picture and sound publicity and we media,it makes the synchronous development of sports ethics,sports knowledge and objectives,and enrich the values of pom.At the same time,improve sports habits,promote sports consumption and economic expenditure.It will promote the benign development of pom.6.The development of sports must be led and involved by the government.The comprehensive development of pom campus culture in Xianning primary and middle schools is inseparable from the effective management,guarantee and support of the school.Therefore,we must build a management team,enhance the importance of campus culture promotion,improve the competition mechanism,and increase campus cultural performances.And incorporate the pom into the aesthetic education curriculum of primary and middle schools.At the same time,improve the professional quality of coaches,improve the proportion venues and equipment of pom,and broaden the source of funds.The following suggestions are put forward: first,expand the source channels of Cheerleading funds,increase the investment in pom team,so that pom can be materially guaranteed and promote the benign development of campus culture;Secondly,we should issue corresponding incentive policies,reasonably arrange the training time,and focus on the professional theoretical knowledge and practical teaching,so that the pom athletes can maintain a strong interest and improve the teaching effect,so as to cultivate the students' team spirit;Finally,strengthen the echelon construction of athletes and improve the scientific training mode,and create more competition opportunities for cheerleaders.Relevant education departments should pay attention to the construction of pom teachers in primary and middle schools,cultivate a number of high-quality teachers,and further improve the ability referees of professional and coaches.
