On October 15,2020,Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era and Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era proposed to promote Chinese sports spirit and development of traditional culture,find integration points between physical education and aesthetic education,integrate contents related to physical education and aesthetic education,promote diversification of curriculum and teaching practice and campus culture.This article with lingnan dance aerobics create theory and sports teaching practice as the research object,in Guangzhou experimental foreign language school grade two 80 students as the experimental object,using the literature,questionnaires,field visits,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and experimental analysis research methods,create lingnan dance aerobics and applied to sports teaching practice.The study results are as follows:1.At present,67.36% of the students are not satisfied with the school PE teaching content.100% percent of the students look forward to participating in the study of Lingnan dance aerobics,and believe that the creation and teaching practice of Lingnan dance aerobics are conducive to the communication of Lingnan culture.2.Lingnan dance aerobics creation was loved by 97.44% of students.Through the study of Lingnan dance aerobics,89.75% met the learning expectations,100% of students feel physically and mentally,and 100% hold a positive attitude to continue Lingnan dance aerobics teaching.3.Through the study of Lingnan dance aerobics,students' height,lung capacity,50-meter running,standing long jump,sitting forward bending,800 meters,1000 meters,one-minute sit-up and pull-up scores were improved compared with before the experiment.In particular,the mean weight of forward flexion of men and women increased by 25% and 11.32% respectively compared with the experiment,and the mean weight of girls decreased by 4.75% compared with that before the experiment.The following conclusions are drawn by analyzing the study results:1.At present,the teaching content of the physical education examination project cannot meet students' demands for diversified sports,and has local cultural characteristics.The sports form combining sports and art is popular with students,and can stimulate students' interest in participating in learning.2.Lingnan dance aerobics creation meets the needs of national education development,takes scientific fitness as the main purpose,conforms to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,highlights the characteristics of Lingnan culture,on the one hand,it is helpful to strengthen the body and mind;on the other hand,it helps to promote the campus inheritance of Lingnan culture.3.Lingnan dance aerobics teaching has a positive impact on all the indicators of students 'physical fitness test,especially on the improvement of students' flexibility quality and female fat reduction,which can be an effective way of physical exercise and an effective supplement to school physical education content.4.The teaching practice of Lingnan dance and aerobics is restricted by the campus cultural atmosphere,teaching facilities,physical education curriculum,students 'learning demands,teachers,teachers' professional quality and other factors.
