The Development Strategy Of Shandong University Library’s Competitive Intelligence Service For Enterprises

In recent years,with the rapid development of knowledge economy in our country,universities and colleges have gradually accelerated the pace of information culture construction and double first-class construction,and university libraries have gradually transformed from basic resource preservation and borrowing service to deep information service and knowledge service.The university library to use its own resources advantage to the society from all walks of life to provide competitive intelligence service and information consulting services,can not only meet the demand of the society from all walks of life information consulting,help them solve the problem of related development,also can effectively realize the service of university library,the utilization of human resources in colleges and universities,the collection resources,new value growth point for university library development.With the development of domestic economy,enterprise information consulting massive increase demand,though various types of information services,then set up but far cannot satisfy the business enterprise as a result of social development of all decision-making consultation needs,based on this,the university library to use their own advantages to the enterprise’s competitive intelligence service the attention of the society from all walks of life.Based on this,this paper takes Shandong University,a "double first-class"university,as an example to analyze the competitive intelligence service Shandong University provides to enterprises.First of all,to the service to carry out a number of dynamic factors,in-depth studies to determine the service have more power and higher feasibility,and using the SWOT analysis method to the service on a detailed analysis of the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats analysis,and based on the SWOT analysis it is concluded that the library of Shandong university carry out the work of competitive intelligence service enterprise development strategy in the future.Finally,this paper carries out the preliminary implementation of the development strategy,that is,using the method of grounded theory to build a service system framework and put forward several valuable suggestions for the improvement of service quality and efficiency.On the basis of studying the competitive intelligence needs of enterprises,scholars deeply integrate the actual situation of Shandong University library,and tailor-made the development plan of Shandong University’s competitive intelligence service for enterprises,which has certain reference significance for the personalized customization and sustainable development of competitive intelligence service of university library.
