| In September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out at the Summer Davos Forum that a new wave of "mass entrepreneurship,grassroots entrepreneurship" should be launched on 9.6 million square kilometers of land to form a new trend of "innovation for all,innovation for all" and hope to stimulate the national entrepreneurship and innovation genes.In recent years,against such a social background,a large number of entrepreneurs have emerged in all walks of life,setting off a wave of entrepreneurship for all.With the proposal of the national strategy of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" upgrading,the entrepreneurship pattern of China is moving to a higher level,and small and micro enterprises have become the backbone to achieve the national innovationdriven strategy.Jilin Xueji Technology Co.,Ltd.was established in April 2018,mainly engaged in computer hardware and software research and development,sales and maintenance services.Compared with traditional large enterprises,small and micro enterprises,as a weak group in the early stage of entrepreneurship,face not only the fierce competition with large enterprises,but also the impact of small and micro enterprises emerging under the social background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and the challenge of operation and management to be improved.Coupled with the COVID-19 incident in 2020,the incident,enterprises are facing cash flow,business,personnel and other challenges.Therefore,it is urgent for enterprises to define their own development strategies according to their own resources and characteristics,and establish competitive advantages based on their own actual situation.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper analyzes the external macro-environment and software industry of Xueji Technology Co.,Ltd by using PEST model and Porter Competitive Five Force Model,and then analyzes and summarizes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the existing development conditions of the company,and constructs the strategic development direction according to four different strategic combinations.Finally,the paper uses AHP to test the consistency of the advantage group,disadvantage group,opportunity group and threat group,and quantifies the weights of each group.Finally,from the organization structure optimization,corporate culture construction,human resources construction and work standardization integration and other aspects to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic measures.According to the analysis of enterprises,the development strategy of enterprises should be based on SO strategy and intensive growth strategy,mainly from product development,market development and market penetration.In terms of product development strategy,the principle of "large,small,high and new" shall be followed,that is,a small entry point shall be selected from the big development track of remote sensing mapping,so as to create some innovative points with high efficiency,continuously improve the existing products,and enhance the competitiveness of products by enhancing the differentiation of products;in terms of market penetration strategy,the marketing cost shall be increased for the products with lower marginal cost and the market share of products shall be expanded;in terms of market development strategy,the existing products of the company shall be introduced into the local market and the marketing channels of enterprises shall be broadened by opening offices.Three ways to carry out parallel,so as to achieve the overall strategic objectives of enterprises. |
