China officially issued 5G commercial licenses to operators in 2019,which marked China had entered the 5G era.As the mobile users amount enormously grow,the number of global mobile users has exceeded 7.9 billion,of which 4G account for 80%of users.In this circumstance,people put forward higher requirements for the performance and service quality of mobile networks.In order to promote the performance and service quality of mobile network,this paper analyzes and studies the access and handover of wireless network in detail.The main research content of this article is divided into the following three parts:First of all,a platform is constructed by universal software radio peripherals based on OAI open sources,which follows the standard of LTE protocol set by 3 GPP.Through signaling tracking and log file analysis,the user’s access and switching process in wireless network can be analyzed in detail.Secondly,in order to further study the problem of wireless network access and handover,for heterogeneous network handover,this article analyzes the relevant configuration parameters of handover between LTE and GSM systems through the LTE physical simulation platform.Based on the research of cell re-selection algorithm and the analysi’s and optimization of related influence parameters,an adaptive GSM network optimization strategy is introduced to increase resident rate of network users.The experimental results show that the rate is increased to more than 90%through the optimization.In the end,through the analysis of the handover process of the LTE system and the study of the measurement events triggered during the handover process and their related parameters,this paper proposes a LTE handover optimization strategy based on parameter configuration.The experimental results show that the downlink speed of the optimized LTE system is increased by 45.8%,and the handover success rate is increased to 93.75%.It can be seen from the experimental results that the performance and service quality of wireless network can be enhanced competently by optimizing the configuration of wireless network parameters and the research of related technologies.The related experimental tests prove that the design and implementation of the physical simulation platform is basically practicable,and provide a proven experimental platform for further research of wireless network system performance and correlate key technologies.
