At present,under the vigorous promotion of national policies,all walks of life are actively embracing artificial intelligence technology.As the security industry where artificial intelligence technology is the first to realize commercial value and scene implementation,it is one of the most competitive markets in recent years.All companies in the security industry not only face the competition of market customer resources,but also face the competition of industry human resources,especially industry sales talents.Sales staff are an indispensable and important part of talents in a company.They are responsible for the realization of the company’s products and services.They are the direct source of cash flow and profit for the company.Effectively stabilizing and motivating sales staff can help the company to develop better market channels,gain more performance results,and achieve long-term growth in operating profits.Small and medium-sized enterprises lack obvious advantages in market competition,and do not have a complete salary system and matching talent development plan,which usually leads to the loss of sales talents in core positions,talent gaps,and mutual complaints between teams,which directly affects the achievement of the company’s sales performance results.Therefore,in the case of limited funds and resources,small and medium-sized enterprises should pay more attention to the design of the salary system for the internal sales staff.By balancing the relationship between salary promotion and personal development,while ensuring the stability of the sales team,it can fully stimulate the enthusiasm of sales staff to create more outstanding performance results,so that the company can continue to develop and grow.This article takes SZJL Company as an example and takes its sales staff salary system as the research object.First,it introduces the industry background,enterprise background and research significance of the topic selection,and explains the research methods and technical routes.Second,it introduces the salary system related concepts and theories,and the domestic and foreign research results are sorted out and briefly described.Thirdly,it introduces the current situation of the salary system of sales staff in SZJL Company,and obtains specific questions and reasons according to the statistics and analysis of the salary satisfaction survey.Fourthly,it introduces the principles and goals of the improvement plan design,and proposes a targeted salary system improvement plan of sales staff based on the research and analysis results.Finally,it introduces the guarantee measures for the implementation of the improvement plan to ensure landing operation and gradual improvement.This article insists on starting with effective solutions to practical problems,combined with theoretical research and analysis,in order to improve the company’s sales staff compensation system and improve the company’s overall compensation management for SZJL Company,and promote the company to achieve sustained and stable development,creating better performance results.
