Poverty alleviation has entered a decisive stage. The marginal effect of the existing poverty alleviation policies has been gradually reduced.Poverty alleviation has become more and more difficult. How can we achieve the important goal of removing all the poor counties and the poor people from poverty under the current standards in 2020? As an important old revolutionary area,Jiangxi Province is one of the key provinces for poverty alleviation and development, and belongs to a particularly difficult area with concentrated links. In this study,997 households in Jiangxi Province were used to study the effects of labor transfer, location factors and heterogeneity of the main body on poverty alleviation of rural households, and to verify the effectiveness of labor transfer, location factors and heterogeneity of the main body on poverty alleviation of rural households.Firstly, the per capita household income as a measure of poverty reduction in the survey, through regression analysis of the sample found that:(1)labor transfer. The greater the number of labor force transfers, the more conducive to improving their income level and reducing poverty. The farther away the village is from the county, the less opportunities for poor households to engage in non-agricultural employment, the more unfavorable to the improvement of their income, and the more unable they can get rid of poverty smoothly.(2)Location factors. The better the county economic development, the more income gap between poor and non-poor households will be aggravated, thus ignoring the income situation of poor households, which is not conducive to poverty reduction.More than half of the poverty-stricken families are old-age poverty.Although there are rural pensions, the amount of old-age insurance is relatively low,and the children's support obligations to the elderly are easily ignored, which leads to the low income of such families, and on the contrary, inhibits the process of poverty alleviation.(3)From the point of view of control variables, the more the family population, the more unfavorable it is for the family to get rid of poverty. The more the family population, the less the number of labor force. However, the larger the family population, the more the family expenditure on life, the lower the quality of life, but not conducive to poverty reduction.Secondly, according to the heterogeneity of the main body, this study grouped the poverty-free samples and the non-poverty-free samples, and found that there was little difference between the poverty-free samples and the non-poverty-free samples. Then,in order to ensure the reliability of the research conclusions, the robustness of the model is tested. Finally, according to the results of the research, this paper puts forward reasonable arrangement of labor transfer, employment guidance for the non-transferred population, vigorous development of rural economy, effective docking of Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation, increasing investment in special poverty alleviation funds, guiding farmers to transfer land, realizing scale operation, improving social medical security system, alleviating the medical burden of rural residents and promoting family income.Suggestions on diversified growth of income and sustainability of livelihoods will provide scientific guidance for the smooth completion of poverty alleviation work in the future.
