Research On The Innovation Of Informatization Management Of Private Colleges And Universities In The Western Region

Private colleges and universities are an important part of socialist education,and the reform of private colleges and universities is an important force to promote education reform.China has stepped into a new era of well-off society in an all-round way,and the overall level of economy and society has been greatly improved.However,due to various factors,compared with developed regions,the development of western regions is relatively backward.In order to change the relatively backward appearance of the western region and realize the overall and balanced development of the society,the state has issued the guiding opinions on promoting the development of the western region in the new era to form a new pattern,which urgently needs a large number of builders and compound technical and technical talents for the economic and social development of the western region.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,from the strategic height of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,has made a major deployment of giving priority to the development of education,accelerating the modernization of education and building a strong education country.Nowadays,the education of private colleges and universities has embarked on the road from "the supplement of running a school by the state" to "the common development with the public education",and has become an important part of the socialist education and an important force to promote the education reform.This study will only focus on "the new challenges of education reform and development" and "the realization of the connotation development of private colleges",and explore how private colleges and universities can use information technology to promote the innovation and management of private colleges and universities,which is of great significance at the right time.The development of private colleges and universities in the western region has entered a new historical stage and is standing at a new starting point.At the same time of making important achievements and experience,we must be aware that the educational management of private colleges and universities still faces many contradictions and challenges in the reform and development.The problems are as follows: inaccurate orientation of running a school,substandard teaching quality,nonstandard management system,unclear characteristics of running a school,and unfocused idea of running a school.At present,information technology has become an important driver of building new productivity in many fields,which has been widely used in many colleges and universities,but there are still some inevitable problems.It is the development of private colleges and universities in the western region to conduct in-depth understanding and Research on these problems and make corresponding innovative research in order to build an administrative management system integrating information,networking and intelligence inexorable trend.This paper starts with the connotation of the administrative information of the private colleges and universities in the western region,aims to improve the administrative efficiency of the private colleges and universities in the western region,and clarifies the necessity and feasibility of the research on promoting the innovation of the administrative management of the private colleges and universities in the western region with the information technology.On this basis,it divides the research on promoting the innovation of the administrative management of the private colleges and universities in the western region with the information technology Based on the analysis of its current situation,this paper analyzes its existing problems in detail,finds out the root of the problems,and draws on the advanced experience of information technology at home and abroad to promote the innovation research of university administration,and constructs the index system of the informatization construction of private university education administration in the western region,which includes infrastructure,application platform,digital resources,intelligent education,governance system and information security,This paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the problems existing in the administrative management of private colleges and universities in the western region,hoping that it can inspire the research on the innovation of the administrative management of private colleges and universities in the western region,and provide theoretical basis for the informatization construction of private colleges and universities in the new era in China.
