Strengthen The Fund Management And Operation Management Of Private Colleges And Universities In Mongolia

As a national talent training base,the overall goal of colleges and universities in the new period is to cultivate talents,innovate science and technology,and serve the society.Since the system reform of Mongolia,colleges and universities have become an important base for personnel training in China.With the continuous development of China's higher education,the funds needed by colleges and universities are increasing.University budget runs through the whole process of economic activities and career development.It is an important indicator of the construction of colleges and universities,the basis of completing teaching tasks and improving teaching quality,and also an important guarantee for the high-quality development of colleges and universities.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which focuses on the background,research methods,research significance and innovation of university funds management.The second chapter studies the sources and management contents of university funds at home and abroad,focusing on the sources,management and development level of private universities in the United States,Japan,China and other countries or regions.This paper explores how to make it play its due role in financial management,improve the scientificity and effectiveness of the use of educational funds,and ensure the normal operation of various work and personnel training.Fund management is an important factor affecting the development of private colleges and universities.The third chapter studies the management theory of strengthening university budget in management theory,and distinguishes the similarities and differences between enterprise management and university fund management.The fourth chapter explores the development direction and ways of private colleges and universities in Mongolia,in which the problems of fund management and operation are the most important.The fifth chapter introduces the current situation of the operation and fund management of the University,and the sixth chapter introduces the improvement strategies of the fund management of the University.
