Community is a living community formed by people living in a certain region,and the foundation of a country's social governance is community governance.Community is the basic unit of social governance,and it is also the "last kilometer" of connecting the government to serve the people.The prominent pension problem exists in the community governance,mainly faces the leisure time,strong action of old people have nothing to do,action inconvenience,such as the elderly who live alone,no one to help,in the face of the growing pension pressure,but with the help of the community of elderly volunteer service organizations will power is strong there is mobilized to help improve life difficult life situation,Achieve a two-pronged effect.Social workers and volunteers are important human resources to carry out community governance and voluntary services.Therefore,the government buys professional social work services,relies on professional social workers to cultivate community voluntary organizations for the elderly,and jointly realizes the linkage mechanism of "three societies" with the community,thus alleviating the problem of community pension.This paper takes the community elderly voluntary organizations as the dynamic case analysis object,analyzes the whole process of social work involved in the cultivation of community elderly voluntary organizations,and explores and summarizes the methods of social work involved in the cultivation of community elderly voluntary organizations.In addition,on the theoretical basis of regional development model and activity theory,literature method,participatory observation method and unstructured interview method were used to collect information on various aspects of the community.First from the community,community voluntary organization status analysis,analysis of the community voluntary organization cultivation of favorable conditions and obstacles.Secondly,a dynamic follow-up investigation was conducted on the whole process of social work involvement in the cultivation of Y community voluntary organization for the elderly from the preparatory stage,establishment stage and growth stage.Furthermore,it reviews and summarizes the cultivation process from the perspective of residents,community voluntary organizations for the elderly and social work institutions.Finally,a detailed summary and reflection is made,and it is proposed that in the process of cultivation,we should pay attention to accurately grasp the demand docking service.Social workers should give full play to the guiding role of theory,apply theory to practice,reasonably according to the actual situation,change their various roles;Teaching volunteers to link resources;Focus on the practical process of reflection,a reasonable grasp of the relationship between the government,community social organizations,social work agencies,the identity of policy advocates to promote the establishment of voluntary organizations related to the elderly policies,and then promote the sustainable development of voluntary organizations for the elderly community.
