| As far back as the 1980 s,the development mode of "combining sports with education" has become a hotspot in the fields of sports and education.In the new era,in order to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi on the construction of a sports power and the spirit of the national education conference,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of adolescents" on August 31,2020.The promulgation of the "opinions" marks that our country is moving forward from the "combination of sports and education" to a deeper "integration of sports and education" training system.As the first sport in the world,football has a broad mass base and a great influence,therefore,it is the first pilot project of the sports reform.Henan Jianye Football Club actively responds to the call of the country.Since 2014,it has cooperated with the sports bureaus and schools of many cities in Henan Province,and established 11 “network schools”,which aims to combine campus football with professional youth training system through the cooperation with schools,and explore an innovative training mode for bench players.By doing so,it can further promote the innovative development of the club,Henan Province and even our country’s training mode of bench players.This paper mainly uses the methods of interview,questionnaire,field investigation and so on,which summarizes the basic situation of the development of Henan Jianye “network schools”,analyzes the construction content of each link of "network schools",analyzes/makes an analysis of the problems and advantages in the development of this mode,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main points of the conclusion in the study are as follows:(1)Under the background of the new era of “integration of sports and education”,Henan Jianye Football Club has established a reserve talent training model of “network schools”starting from the development of bench players,which is intended to train fully developed young bench players,At present,in-depth cooperation has been carried out in 11 middle schools in 8 cities in Henan Province.(2)“Network schools” have implemented the development concept of“integration of sports and education” in terms of school-enterprise cooperation management,the training content of reserve talents,the construction of the competition platform,and the selection and delivery of players.(3)Henan Jianye’s “network school” conforms to the development concept of“sports and education integration” under the current new situation in my country.Henan Jianye provides high-quality youth coaches and competition platforms for it,improving the quality and efficiency of player training.The cooperative school provides high-quality educational resources for the players in training.The two parties have collaborated to deeply integrate campus football and professional youth training,which not only improves the quality of the development of reserve competitive talents,but also broadens the development direction of reserve talents.(4)At present,the number of cooperative schools at the high school stage of Henan Jianye “network schools” is relatively small,and the training at the elementary level is still blank.A bottom-up complete “network schools” training structure has not been formed,and the development of various outlet schools is uneven.(5)The construction of the coach team of Henan Jianye cannot meet the development needs of “network schools”.The professional level and development experience of coaches are uneven.There is no unified training guideline as a reference for coach training.These factors are not conducive to Henan Jianye.The development of industry “network schools” and the training of bench players.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions are put forward: 1.Optimize coordinated development and increase investment in weak areas to make up for the uneven development of various regions.2.Speed up the construction of network elementary schools and form a more complete bench player training system.3.Strengthen the training and assessment of coaches to provide a solid guarantee for the development of "network schools".4.Taking “the Guidance Outlines for Young Players Training" promulgated by the Chinese Football Association as the guiding ideology,combined with the club’s future technical and tactical development concepts,formulate the training syllabus for "network schools" to provide guidance and reference for the daily training of youth coaches.5.Firmly establish the development concept of "integration of sports and education" and give full play to the brand value and influence of Henan Jianye Youth Training. |
