Study On The Talents-training Mode Of MICE Tourism In Higher Education Institutions

MICE tourism is a rapidly developing new tourism project since the 1990s, it is called as MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Convention, Exhibitions) in the international. It is a combination of exhibition industry and tourism industry. Following the world economic integration, MICE tourism activities have become increasingly frequent. Following financial and trade, it is regarded as one of the most promising industries. Due to its huge market potential and high returns, it attracts a growing number of national and regional governments and civil society organizations to join the market for competition. MICE tourism is developing very rapidly and new work openings are emerging. MICE tourism talents'level is improving. If related education fails to keep up with its development, MICE tourism education can never solve the "talent bottleneck." Chinese MICE tourism education is a new field, there is not much experience to learn . Both in the quality of teachers and the curriculum arrangement are still imperfect, not to mention professional talents-training mode. To solve the conflict , we have to adjust our teaching content and curriculum arrangement based on the actual needs of the talent market and construct Chinese talents-training mode of MICE tourism in higher education institution . Grasp the requirement of the market and achieve professional teaching and social needs of effective convergence.Based on this, this paper using literature data, comparative law, investigation, law history more in-depth education on the domestic and international exhibition of the study on the construction of China's MICE tourism adapted to the needs of the college talent MICE Tourism Education and Training mode. In this paper, and tourism-related exhibition start with the general concept, compared to the United States and Germany as the representative of the world's advanced countries in the Education Exhibition personnel training mode, the exhibition industry in light of China's actual situation, we should sum up the learn from the advanced experience. Exhibition of China's colleges and universities through Tourism Education of the status quo, from the objective of fostering positioning system enrollment, curriculum, teaching methods, teaching materials, teaching practice areas to find crux lies. Then from the MICE tourism personnel training objectives, training means training process of China's colleges and universities, and other aspects of MICE tourism personnel training model building, and put forward to ensure the smooth progress of the implementation of its security system. I hope that each university can have its own characteristics in the competitive MICE education and be accepted by the public.
