With the vigorous development of the economy, the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantage, we must constantly improve employee job performance. Mindfulness is an important topic of the long-term research field of psychology, mindfulness in the empirical research in the field of organizational behavior is relatively limited. Employee’s individual mood on their behavior and performance has a certain role, has important significance to improve the performance.In this study, employees of state-owned enterprises as the research object, based on a review of job performance, mindfulness, the mood on the relevant literature, using the method of combining theory and empirical research, the relationship between mindfulness on job performance, verify the mindfulness of employee’s job performance has positive influence. Mindfulness to staff task performance has a positive effect. Mindfulness has significant positive effect on employee task performance. Mindfulness of employees has a significant positive influence on surrounding performance. Mindfulness has significant positive effect on employees’ positive emotions. Mindfulness negative emotions of employees have a significant negative impact. Emotion has a significant influence on employee’s work performance. Compared with negative emotions of employees, have positive emotions employee task performance is higher. Compared with negative emotions of employees, has a positive emotions surrounding the employee performance is higher. Emotions in mindfulness affect employee’s work performance relations play a mediating role. Emotions in mindfulness affect employee task performance relations play a mediating role. Mood in the periphery of mindfulness affect employee performance relations play a mediating role.This study will be to the field of organizational behavior has certain guiding significance to the study of mindfulness, but also to the enterprise managers to provide targeted advice, has a certain practical significance.
