Research On The Relationship Between Sports Participation And Role Transformation Of Retired Leading Cadres In Colleges

The participation of the elderly in physical exercise is conducive to their physical and mental health development,is an important way to achieve a healthy China.Retired university leading cadre are an important part of the aging population in our country.Whether participating in physical exercise is conducive to their physical and mental health development,completing the role transformation smoothly,and adapting to the retirement life is worth discussing.Therefore,this study will takeretired university leading cadre as the object of investigation,to explore the relationship between sports participation and role transformation of retired university leading cadre,to find ways to promote theretired university leading cadre to successfully complete the role transformation,give play to the residual heat of society,and alleviate the aging of the population.This study mainly focuses on the content of the role transition ofretired university leading cadres to interview retired leading cadres,on this basis,the preparation of the Role Transition Questionnaire of Retired University Leading Cadres;Using Sports Activity Rating Scale and Role Transition Questionnaire of Retired University Leading Cadres to conduct a questionnaire survey on retired university leaders;SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical software were used to analyze the relationship between sports participation and role transformation of retired university leading cadres.The results show that: 1.The content of the role transformation of retired university leaders mainly includes four aspects: social status transformation,interpersonal relationship transformation,life style transformation,behavior and attitude transformation;2.Through exploratory factor analysis,internal consistency test and structural equation model test,the results show that the Questionnaire on Role Transition of Retired University Leaders has good reliability and validity;3.There are differences in the dimensions of sports participation and role transition of retired university leaders with different demographic variables,and some differences are significant at the level of 0.05;4.There is a significant positive correlation between the intensity,frequency and time of sports participation of retired university leading cadres and the transformation of social status,interpersonal relationship,lifestyle and behavior attitude in the role transformation.The intensity,frequency and time of sports participation of retired university leading cadres can effectively predict the transformation of social status,interpersonal relationship,lifestyle and behavior attitude behavior attitude conversion.The results of this study are as follows: 1.The content of role change of retired university leaders includes social status change,interpersonal relationship change,lifestyle change,behavior and attitude change.The Questionnaire on Role Change of Retired University Leaders has good reliability and validity and can be used by the research object;2.The influence of different demographic variables will have an impact on the sports participation and role transformation of retired university leading cadres.3.Through the analysis of the relationship between the sports participation of retired university leading cadres.and their role transformation,the results show that the sports participation has a good predictive power for the role transformation of retired university leading cadres.
