With the in-depth development of discipline and degree construction,the quality of postgraduate training has become a hot topic in today's society.To promote the quality of graduate education is closely related with the growth of the graduate student to become a useful,especially the growth and success of academic research-oriented postgraduate students in their field or specialty is the core of postgraduate training,which has an important impact on the postgraduate themselves,the construction of university disciplines and even the development of higher education in China.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value to study the professional growth of academic postgraduate students.This study based on the Person-Environment Interaction Theory,Academic Community Theory,using qualitative research methods,according to the construction of domestic three "double top" the 21 members of academic postgraduate students majoring in pedagogy of colleges and universities as the research object,through in-depth interviews and coordinate the transcribed interviews audio and text information,interview data were formed more than 200,000 words of interview data.Then,using Nvivo11 Plus qualitative software to analyze the raw data,according to the operation of the grounded theory three-level coding procedures to encode information,analysis and inspection.Finally,this paper extracts the factors that influence the professional growth of academic postgraduate students majoring in pedagogy,tries to construct its theoretical model,and puts forward the optimal path of professional growth.This study found that individual characteristics,academic ability,academic environment,cultivation mode,derivative exchanges,peer groups constitute the academic postgraduate students professional growth of six major influence factors,from the perspective of Person-Environment Interaction Theory can be further divided into two kinds of influence factors of interaction between Person and Environment.Among them,individual characteristics and academic ability are the individual factors and internal driving force for the professional growth of postgraduate students,and the prerequisite for the interaction and communication between postgraduate students and the environment.To a certain extent,they determine the initiative and commitment of postgraduate students in the professional growth process.Academic environment,cultivation mode,derivative exchanges,peer groups,by influencing the relationship between individual characteristics,academic ability and professional growth of postgraduate students and play a role,are the environmental factors and outer driving force for the professional growth of postgraduate students,and the external guarantee for the postgraduate students to participate in the study and development.It greatly affects the direction and speed of the professional growth of postgraduate students.These two kinds of factors,as two important driving forces of the professional growth of postgraduate students,influence and interact with each other,which reflects that the professional growth of academic postgraduate students majoring in pedagogy is a dynamic generation process under the positive interaction between postgraduate students and the environment.At the same time,this research chooses the Academic Community Theory as the research entry point to analyze the interaction between the academic community formed under the influence of university environment,so as to give full play to the "leading" and "influencing" role of the academic community in promoting the professional growth of postgraduate students.However,it is also found that there are some problems that hinder the professional growth of academic postgraduate students majoring in pedagogy,such as the emphasis on theory rather than practical operation,the lack of international vision and the poor level of tutoring.Based on the above analysis,this study puts forward the main optimization paths for the professional growth of academic postgraduate students majoring in pedagogy: First,strengthen the construction and management of postgraduate students tutors;Second,to optimize the cultivation methods and growth environment of postgraduate students;Third,to enhance the academic community exchanges between tutors and students.
