A Research On The Postgraduate Venture

As we have entered the 21st century, knowledge-based economy comes like the rapid tide, and the role of knowledge in the creation of wealth have surpassed obviously the role of capital and labor. Resources features of the knowledge-based economy have provided postgraduate entrepreneurs with many new opportunities. The past two years, with continual expansion of graduate enrollment, the number of graduate students has increased gradually, employment of postgraduate has become increasingly difficult, so problem of postgraduate venture has been more and more attention of community.Firstly, This paper presents a relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis of postgraduate entrepreneurial activity to make graduate students an overall understanding of the entrepreneurial process; secondly, This paper explore the current situation and problems of our nation's postgraduate venture and conditions and motives of postgraduate venture , the key is to set up a venture conditions evaluation model by quantitative way and apply relations curve of conditions'maturity and motives to make a comprehensive analysis of conditions and motives of postgraduate venture; Finally, on the basis of the above analysis ,this paper analyzes deep the measures to promote postgraduate venture.In short, this study on postgraduate venture is closely connected with China's actual situation and adds the quantitative research methods in the process in order to enhance the accuracy and usefulness of the research results, this enable the research results to play a greater role in guiding practice of postgraduate venture, thereby increase the number of postgraduate entrepreneurs and enhancing entrepreneurial success rate.
