Popularization of higher education has gradually expanded the scope of enrollment expansion in Colleges and universities,which has led to the increasingly prominent problem of employment of College students.The problem of career acquisition of college graduates has become one of the most important and difficult problems in all sectors of society.In the context of the information age,what are the reasons that affect students' career acquisition? Does the employability of college students add new elements in the context of the times?Based on the background of the information age and from the perspective of information literacy of College students,this study analyzed the impact of information literacy on their career acquisition through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,including what factors information literacy affects college students' career acquisition,and what factors college students have brought by the low level of information literacy at present.On the basis of summarizing the existing literatures,this study establishes an evaluation index system for the impact of College students' information literacy on their career acquisition,which divides college students' information literacy into four dimensions: information morality,awareness,knowledge and capability;and divides college students' career acquisition into two dimensions: quantity and employment satisfaction.Based on the information morality,awareness,knowledge and capability of College students' information literacy,the questionnaire survey method is used to measure the number of students' career acquisition and job satisfaction.The Chinese version of SPSS20.0 is used to analyze the results.It is concluded that college students' information literacy is significantly related to their career acquisition.At the same time,combined with interviews,in-depth analysis of students' information literacy,and based on this,put forward suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the problem of information literacy in the process of career acquisition.According to the results of questionnaire analysis and interviews,this study concludes that information literacy is the key element of social development in the information age,and college students' information literacy is an important part of their employment competitiveness in the information age.Among them,information awareness is the premise of their career acquisition.We should make clear the direction of career choice with the awareness of employment information adaptation,establish the awareness of employment information of students,improve the initiative of information search,and improve the employment plan of college talents.Information knowledge is the basis of their career acquisition,reduce the trial cost of career acquisition with the reserve of employment information knowledge,and strengthen the theory of employment information of students to master knowledge,technical knowledge and situational knowledge;information ability is the key to their career acquisition.To improve the sustainable development of career acquisition by employment information allocation ability,to improve the students' information allocation ability and enhance their employment core competitiveness.At the same time,colleges and universities should pay attention to the training of students' employment resilience and stress resistance.Information morality is the guarantee of their career acquisition by employment information moral community purifies the market environment of occupation acquisition.Students should consciously abide by information morality.Society and colleges should pay attention to strengthening legal supervision and improving the employment environment of students.
