As an important part of the internationalization of higher education,the development of international students education in China are enchanted with unprecedented opportunities with the implement of "One belt,one road" initiative.The overall level of international students in China has been significantly improved both in quantity and quality.From the perspective of diploma,it has gradually developed into a multi-level including pre-college students,undergraduates,masters and doctoral students;from the perspective of distribution on disciplines,it has changed from the original single discipline distribution including only Chinese,traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese culture to the development trend of science and technology,arts,sports,economy,agriculture,medicine.With the rapid development of international student education,more and more attention has been paid to its important role in the internationalization of China's higher education.However,compared with the developed countries in the international student market,the training quality of international students in China is still unsatisfactory.As it is known,the quality of teaching plays an important role in the improvement of education in universities,so in order to improve the training quality of international students in China and to strengthen the competitiveness of our country in the international student market,the improvement of teaching and teaching management quality of international students has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.Based on the practice of teaching management international students in China,takes Z University as a specific case,the research analyzed the current situation and problems faced in teaching management on international students of Z university with the help of questionnaire survey and interview method.Through the analysis of questionnaire data and follow-up interviews,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching management of international students in Z University which lie in the following aspects: the background of international students,curriculum setting and curriculum implementation,lack of systematization of supervision,and the low internationalization of teacher construction.In view of the above reality,the author puts forward the improvement paths accordingly,including improving the teaching management system,strengthening the construction the demand-oriented training program,improving the multi-collaborative teaching evaluation regime,and strengthen the incentive regime of the construction of teachers.
