In the context of increasingly close international relations,educational globalization has become an important strategic goal of higher education in various countries.With the continuous development of China's overseas education,the scale of overseas students in China has gradually expanded,and the hierarchical structure has been optimized.Overseas students with academic qualifications have become the main body of overseas students in China.Doing a good job in the work of overseas students with academic qualifications has a positive role in promoting China's further opening up and enhancing the exchanges between China and other countries in the economic,political and cultural fields.Therefore,to explore the selection concept,admission standards and admission methods of international students with academic qualifications in China,and put forward strategies to improve the admission system of international students with academic qualifications in China will help China to receive high-quality international students with academic qualifications in China,and promote the development of China's international education in China.Under the guidance of relevant literature and educational evaluation theory.This research systematically sorts out the alternative history of the admission system for foreign students in China after the founding of the People's Republic of China,and divides them into serving the country,the oriented exploration stage characterized by scale expansion,the development stage with quality assurance as the core and the improvement stage with the goal of improving quality and efficiency as the goal,and summarize the core content and the core content of the admission system for foreign students from different historical stages in China feature.Based on the concept of the admission system for foreign students with academic qualifications as the theoretical basis.It discusses the admission system for foreign students with academic qualifications and Chinese language ability from the three aspects of the selection philosophy admission standards and admission methods of foreign students with academic qualifications.And global competency selects foreign students in China with academic qualifications.and formulates admission criteria for foreign students with academic qualifications in China based on academic ability,academic level,Chinese proficiency and supporting materials.The application-review system,application-assessment system and preparatory education are based on this.Integrating interviews with relevant staff of colleges and universities.The analysis shows that there are still problems in the enrollment system for students coming to China with academic qualifications to be enriched.Academic proficiency tests have not yet been unified.Chinese proficiency requirements are low and the interview system is not yet complete.The enrollment system for international students in American universities and the case study of Princeton University's admission standards for international students have brought us the following enlightenment: we should comprehensively evaluate the knowledge level of the applicants,pay attention to the comprehensive quality of the applicants,set up personalized selection policies and improve the validity of the interview for international students in China.The enrollment system for international students in China may consider improving the relevant admission policies,establishing a diversified admission evaluation system,establishing academic ability tests,improving Chinese proficiency requirements,scientifically designing structured interviews and rationally formulating student quality assurance strategies.
