Research On The Effect Of Art Education On Deaf Students And Its Current Situation

A disability of the body does not mean a defect of the soul.Deaf people live in a world of silence,because of their physical defects,they are often treated with incomprehension and prejudice in the society.Because they have no professional skills,they cannot stand on the society,and they think that their social identity is low and they have no self-esteem.With the enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength,special education has been attached great importance to.As an important part of special education,deaf education has been a problem that the society has been thinking about for a long time,which is how to help deaf students with education and employment,and become a well-rounded,healthy and personal-personality person.In recent years,China's deafness education has achieved good results,but there are still some problems,there are still a lot of work to do.As a part of quality education,art education is also an important part of special education.Art is a kind of visual art,through which visual learning is carried out and images are understood by hands and eyes.The characteristics of deaf students and the function of art determine the status of art education in special education.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the effect of art education on deaf students and the current situation of art education for deaf students,explore the possibility of promoting deaf students' all-round development,adapting to society and employment through art education,and put forward more suitable for deaf students art education teaching methods.The content and teaching methods of fine arts education affect the effect of fine arts education for deaf students.Special education schools should give full play to their advantages to make the fine arts education for deaf students play its greatest role.The author conducted a year and a half of teaching and research in Jiujiang city special education schools to deeply understand the art education and teaching of deaf students,and found out the advantages and disadvantages of deaf students in art courses in the communication and daily teaching with deaf students.Through art education,the distance between the deaf students and the ordinary students has been narrowed,a kind of equality has been established,and even a kind of transcendence to some extent.Effective art education makes deaf students have a healthy mind and perfect personality,but also master a skill,so that the future employment more possible,so that deaf students in the community self-esteem,self-improvement,self-reliance.
