Research On The Role Of Education Administrative Department In The Community Of Service And Education In Colleges And Universities

Under the background of the development of education in the new era,"service education" aims at training socialist builders and successors with the all-round development of "morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor",and increasingly highlights its distinctive characteristics of the times as a basic activity of colleges and universities.But at the same time,the bottleneck problem of service education development has become increasingly prominent.Under the call of the mission of service education in the new era,it is particularly important to improve the governance system of service education and clarify the role of education administrative departments in it.University service education community is an emerging ecological education system based on the theory of collaborative governance and the role of government.As the most active administrative force,the education administrative department plays an important role in it.Based on the needs of service and education in the new era,this paper firstly clarifies the main participants of the community;secondly,through the behavior of the participants,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the community Then,through the analysis of the theory and policy text,it combs out the three roles of the education administrative department,the resource supporter and the action leader of the education administrative department;and then,through the questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the education administration department's three roles: policy maker,resource supporter and action leader In the service education community,the governance effect,actual role and role expectation are investigated to find out the causes of role deviation such as overburden of role and alienation of role behavior.Finally,the paper provides countermeasures for the role adjustment of education administrative departments,and puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of role cognition,resource mining and flow,and action coordination and guidance The role orientation of university service education community provides useful reference.Figure 13;Table 14;Reference 59...
