In school physical education,physical education teachers play an important role.The teaching level of physical education teachers has a direct impact on students' understanding and love of physical education.The improvement of physical education teachers' teaching ability and education concept is particularly important.As one of the important forms of school physical education teaching and research activities,lesson telling not only plays an important role in teacher qualification examination,teacher recruitment and teacher title evaluation,but also is one of the important means to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.This paper makes a questionnaire survey on some in-service primary and secondary school physical education teachers in seven districts and one county of Urumqi,and uses the methods of questionnaire survey and expert interview to achieve the research goal.On the basis of interviews with some school sports managers,experts and judges,we have a general understanding of the current situation of the development of class presentation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Urumqi.Mining the existing problems,and find solutions to the existing problems,to promote the development of Urumqi primary and secondary school physical education teachers to better direction.The results show that:1.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Urumqi have a certain understanding of lesson presentation,but on the whole,there are still some problems,such as the lack of knowledge of lesson presentation,the template of lesson presentation and so on.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as the lack of attention of schools and the phenomenon that physical education teachers hold other positions2.The age of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Urumqi is mainly between 20 and 40 years old,mainly teachers with bachelor's degree and primary professional title.These teachers are the backbone of school physical education teaching and play an active and irreplaceable role in school physical education teaching;3.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Urumqi hold a positive attitude towards the purpose of lesson telling,have a clear and correct understanding of lesson telling,and think that lesson telling plays a positive role in improving the overall quality of teachers and plays a promoting role in the growth of physical education teachers;4.According to the selection of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Urumqi,the elements of lesson presentation are divided into three levels.The first level is teaching design,including the following aspects: teaching objectives,teaching methods,key and difficult points,teaching process,etc.the second level is teaching implementation.First,there are venues and equipment,and then there are organizational arrangements,protection and help,safety measures,etc The third level is teaching harvest,including teaching effect,teaching reflection and teaching evaluation.According to the teaching content,curriculum standards and other factors,physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Urumqi choose the elements of lesson presentation reasonably and elaborate.5.The primary and secondary schools in Urumqi should increase the input of P.E.teachers in speaking lessons,improve the ability of P.E.teachers in speaking lessons,and implement P.E.speaking lessons into specific teaching research,teaching activities and teacher skills competition.
