The development of basic action and exercise ability in early childhood has been of great significance and role in its healthy growth.The younger development of obese children makes the promotion of their physical health attract more and more attention.Early exercise intervention for children can effectively improve children 's health level,children' s physical fitness has become a social hot topic,but there is still a lack of systematic research on how effective and scientific intervention.There are some problems such as partial,single,flat,over-gamification and adult-oriented physical intervention methods for children.Therefore,from the perspective of promoting children's physical health,according to the main development needs of children of different ages,this study studied the physical intervention methods of children by means of literature,interviews,mathematical statistics and experiments,and drew the following conclusions:(1)Based on the action development goals,children aged 3-4 should mainly focus on developing basic actions,children aged 4-5 years old should establish some sports technology,and children aged 5-6 should be integrated into the development of sports ability.(2)The action design combined with movement development and movement ability improvement can achieve the effective connection between the physical health development needs of children of different ages.These actions include 7 categories,such as walking,running,jumping,casting and drilling,and mainly interfere with children's 6abilities,such as speed,sensitivity,and balance.(3)The designed physical intervention means can effectively improve children's balance,flexibility,sensitivity,speed and strength ability.
