The outline of the 2016 "Healthy China 2030" outline states that health is an inevitable requirement for promoting people's all-round development and a basic condition for economic and social development.We should strengthen the integration of physical medicine and non-medical health intervention.Focus on primary and secondary schools and establish a mechanism for promoting health education in schools.Health education is integrated into pre-service education and post-service training for physical education teachers.This study took the four areas of curriculum objectives proposed in the curriculum standards of physical education and health as the dimension of the implementation of physical education and health courses in some of the five urban areas of Changsha City from the students,physical education teachers two groups to carry out questionnaire research,supplemented by the school doctors and school administrators interview results,analysis of the curriculum under the concept of physical medicine under the implementation of the differences.From the school level,physical education teacher level,family level and individual level of students to analyze the impact of physical medicine combined with junior high school physical education and health curriculum implementation factors,and put forward countermeasures.This study obtained the following results through a questionnaire survey:(1)The overall development of the physical education and health curriculum in Changsha City is relatively good,but the development in the field of physical health is still relatively lagging;teachers' knowledge of physical health,medical health care,and prevention is relatively low.The implementation of the module content is not satisfactory,and the concept of "integration of sports and medicine" has not entered the campus deeply.(2)Students of different genders have differences in the implementation of courses in various dimensions.(3)There are differences in the implementation of various dimensions among students from different families.(4)Family attitudes and behavioral support,class schedule,course content,venue facilities will affect students' performance in all dimensions.(5)Physical education teachers will have differences in implementation in different dimensions due to school background,years of teaching,medical-related courses,and individual health theory classes.(6)Post-employment differences in different directions will affect physical education teachers.(7)Physical education teachers' understanding of the four-dimensional goals and the concept of combining sports and medicine will affect the implementation of their courses.In view of the data results obtained from the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the causes of the differences from the perspectives of students and physical education teachers,and combined with the results of interviews with managers and school doctors,the influencing factors are as follows:(1)school level: the school's internal security system and the external security system still have a lot of room for development.(2)Physical education teacher level: personal professional quality structure,professional self-development awareness,post-service training content and school background have a related impact.(3)Family level: family structure differences,family positive attitudes and behavior support from the inside and outside aspects of the impact of students' ideas and behavior.(4)Student level: physiological differences and psychological differences affect their own ideas and behaviors.In view of the above factors,this paper puts forward countermeasures from school,physical education teacher,students and society:(1)school level: to publicize the concept of "combination of physical medicine",to carry out medical health training,and to strengthen the professional assistance of school doctors in health education.(2)Physical education teacher level: to improve and improve the positive development of self-consciousness combined with physical medicine,integration and promote the common growth of teachers and curriculum under different resources,enrich and innovate the specific needs and interests of students under the form and content of activities.(3)Student level: face up to their normal physical changes and physiological characteristics,strengthen their own psychological feelings in the curriculum and activities.(4)Social level: the active participation of medical public welfare organizations and groups,parents in and out of school clever assistance. |
