In recent years,with the continuous decline of the physical health of primary and middle school students in China,the relevant departments continue to promote the reform of education and teaching,there is a strong internal driving force in the Middle School Physical Education examination at the compulsory education stage,which affects the healthy development of the physical health of junior middle school students.The improvement of students' physical quality mainly lies in the physical discipline that the school gives to the students.The physical discipline here refers to a series of discipline and training mechanisms that the teacher implements for the students in order to promote their healthy growth,including the techniques and means of discipline.Then to conduct physical discipline on students involves "why discipline,how to implement discipline technology and means,discipline effect" and other issues.Reasonable school physical discipline is of great educational significance to the growth of students,on the contrary,unreasonable physical discipline will go against the original intention of education.This study attempts to use qualitative research methods,focusing on the process of physical training for junior middle school students to participate in the physical education entrance examination,to summarize the relevant literature on physical training,to collect relevant text materials,interview the teachers and students,sort out the relevant words and deeds,observe the students' physical classes and extracurricular training,and obtain a large number of physical examination in the field of view of the physical training of students empirical material.This paper analyzes how teachers guide students to carry out physical training,the techniques and means of teachers to carry out physical training,and the students' resistance to physical training.Finally,based on the position of Education Management,from the perspective of school sports managers and teachers to explore the physical training of students to rationalize the feasible way.As far as the administrators of school sports are concerned,they should deepen the concept of sports and grasp the development direction of school sports from the level of value guidance.First,they should insist on the stand of students and take the development of students as the center to carry out physical training,attach great importance to students' physical and mental feelings.The second is to carry out diversified sports management,school management measures should pay attention to the quality of students' physical experience in training,rather than just around the sports examination objectives.As far as teachers are concerned,first,physical education teaching in and out of class should be vital,open and compatible,and the starting point of physical training for students should be love,so as to help each unique life realize self and surpass self.Second,in class management,there should be common sports training objectives,class core strength,diversified educational activities,good public opinion and class atmosphere,and teachers should also create an educational atmosphere of equal communication in class management,with love and wisdom of the education of the students moist,with effective communication to reject unreasonable physical discipline.
