| Mastering basic motor skills in the critical physiological stage of childhood is an important guarantee for individuals to participate in various sports events and daily physical activities, which has a profound impact on the integration of individuals into social life in the future. However, according to the results of the national students’ physical health survey, the overall physical health level of children and adolescents in China is declining, and the research finds that the development level of basic motor skills of children in China is not very optimistic, and there is a widespread phenomenon of slow development, which is mainly caused by insufficient physical activity. The consequences of delayed development of basic motor skills not only have an impact on the individual’s physical health, but also have a very limited opportunity to participate in physical activities in the future, and even have adverse psychological and social effects. And China’s research in this field is relatively lacking, basically in the "embryonic" stage.U6-7 physiological age stage belongs to the early stage of children, which is the key period of human growth and development. In order to comprehensively understand the characteristics of movement development and health level of people at a specific stage.Based on this research background, this study takes the influence of high intensity physical activity at different times on individual basic motor skills and physical health as the research object, takes U6-7 children as the experimental object, and applies literature method, expert interview method, experiment method, video observation method, mathematical statistics method, etc.Through the teaching practice, this paper analyzes whether Chinese high intensity physical activity at different times has an impact on the basic motor skills(displacement skills, ball skills)and physical health level(body shape, body function, and physical quality)of U6-7 children.Furthermore,it provides some reference for the development of children’s basic motor skills and physical health promotion education. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The 13 movement test indicators in the TGMD-3 test scale including displacement skills and ball skills can be well applied to this experiment and have a good implementation effect on the standard degree and requirements of basic movement skills in the experimental test.(2)14 weeks of high intensity physical activity at different times can improve the basic motor skill level of U6-7 children. The medium and high intensity physical activity whose cumulative time takes up 50% of physical education class and the medium and high intensity physical activity whose cumulative time takes up 60% of physical education class can improve the basic motor skill level and physical health level.(3)High intensity physical activity in the middle of 14 weeks can improve the physical health level of children U6-7,and the improvement effect is more obvious in the middle and high intensity physical activity whose cumulative physical activity time accounts for 60% of physical education.(4)U6-7 is in the growth and development stage, the body shape, body function and physical quality are in the normal development stage, and the basic movements begin to be gradually mastered and familiar with. The improvement of basic motor skills and physical health level in the experiment is coincidental to some extent. It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the sensitive period of u6-7 individual physical quality development and the performance characteristics of body movements in physical education teaching, and the content system of physical education teaching should be constructed with the theory of movement development and health promotion. To carry out physical education from the perspective of development and lay a solid foundation for the learning of individual basic motor skills at this stage; In the aspect of physical education curriculum, the knowledge system of action science and other related knowledge system is integrated,so that teachers have the ability to master and use sports intensity and basic sports skills in teaching,so that students can get the best sports experience. |
