Research On The Application Of Red Culture In The Ideological And Political Education Of University Students For Ethnic Groups

Ethnic colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating talents for ethnic regions,and ideological and political education for ethnic college students is the prerequisite and requirement for cultivating qualified ethnic college students.Red culture is an important cultural resource for ideological and political education of college students.As a red culture created and formed by the Chinese people of all ethnic groups under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the process of social revolution and construction,it contains lofty ideals and beliefs and strong patriotism.Has a strong spiritual power.Applying the red culture to the ideological and political education of ethnic college students can strengthen the knowledge and understanding of the red culture among ethnic college students,improve the ideological and moral quality of ethnic college students,enhance the national identity consciousness of ethnic college students,and strengthen the ideals of ethnic college students belief.Based on the common Marxist theoretical origin of red culture and ideological and political education of ethnic college students,and red culture can provide rich educational content for ethnic college students' ideological and political education,ethnic college students' ideological and political education can provide a platform for promoting red culture.Through a questionnaire survey of the status quo of the application of red culture in the ideological and political education of ethnic college students,it is concluded that ethnic colleges and universities have a better use of red culture and the richness of educational methods,as well as the degree of recognition,recognition and attention of ethnic college students to red culture.At the same time,there are also problems such as insufficient collaborative education between society and ethnic colleges,insufficient use of red culture education methods in ethnic colleges and universities,and insufficient optimism about the participation of ethnic college students in red cultural practice activities.From the social point of view,it is mainly because the red culture base has less contact with ethnic universities and the cooperative education policy support between society and ethnic universities is not enough;from the perspective of ethnic universities,it is mainly because the application of red culture in ideological and political theory courses is still not enough.Insufficient,the red culture has not been fully integrated into the campus,and the role of the network platform has not been fully exerted;from the perspective of the students themselves,it is mainly because the students of ethnic colleges and universities are not rich in their own red culture knowledge,and the students have a certain sense of strangeness to the red culture.The interest in participating in red cultural activities is not high.Therefore,it is proposed that the society should create a good atmosphere,provide assistance,ethnic colleges and universities should build educational platforms,expand educational channels,students should strengthen self-education,and implement three strategies to enhance the effect of ideological and political education for ethnic college students.
