At present,China is facing a series of risks at home and abroad.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly proposed to "focus on the key points,make up for the weaknesses,and strengthen the weak".In the central economic work conference,it is emphasized that we should firmly fight the primary battle of preventing and resolving major risks.As for how to prevent and resolve major risks,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward a scientific thinking method that adhered to bottom line thinking.Firmly adhering to the bottom line thinking is the need of the current development situation,which provides a fundamental basis for better preventing and resolving major risks and fighting a tough battle.In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping closely linked to the core proposition of "China's socialist education with Chinese characteristics","cultivating what people and cultivating people".Moral education is related to what kind of people to cultivate and for whom to cultivate,and it is the need to achieve the goal of talent training.Moral education plays an important role in the shaping of personal conduct,national political and cultural construction.In addition,youth is the main force to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to strengthen the construction of moral education in Colleges and universities.However,with the rapid development of China's higher education,colleges and universities show obvious problems of utilitarianism,administration,emphasis on scientific research and neglect of teaching,lack of independent college spirit,humanistic spirit and scientific spirit,simple imparting of knowledge and lack of penetration of core values,and the leading construction of moral education in colleges and universities has declined.The main leaders of colleges and universities are not fully aware of moral education.In the face of these challenges,how to implement the fundamental task of moral education,effectively enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students,and constantly improve the quality of personnel training,has become a subject of the times faced by China's higher education.After sorting out the connotation and significance of bottom line thinking and moral education,this paper explores the current situation and problems of implementing the basic task of the University in terms of questionnaire collection and analysis.For example,the main leaders of colleges and universities do not have strong bottom line awareness and risk awareness,and the basic task of moral education is not in place;a few teachers in Colleges and universities do not have strong bottom line awareness,which makes it difficult to demonstrate in education and teaching activities;the managers of Colleges and universities do not have strong awareness of moral education,and their words and deeds are inconsistent in the process of management;colleges and universities have different views on the College of Marxism and the discipline of Marxism,Ideological and political theory courses are not well implemented according to the key construction.These situations provide a reference for colleges and universities to apply the bottom line thinking to the practice of moral education.In view of these problems,it is an important measure to ensure the reform of education,the comprehensive training of talents and the development of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to firmly use the bottom line thinking to prevent and resolve the major risks in education in Colleges and universities in the new era.
