Base Of Physical Education Work In Colleges And Universities Of Hunan Province Research On The Status And Optimization Of Policy Implementation Of This Standard

Under the background of the declining physical health level of college students,in 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the Basic Standards for Physical Education Policy.The main purpose of this policy is to improve the physical level of students ' health.From now,since the Basic Standards policy has been promulgated so long,has the level of physical health of students been improved? The answer is that the physical health level of college students is still not improved and is still declining.What is the reason for this? Have colleges and universities not implemented the "Basic Standards" policy well? Based on this problem orientation,the author investigated the implementation of the Basic Standards policy in ordinary undergraduate universities in Hunan Province.Ten ordinary undergraduate universities in Hunan Province were selected as the survey objects,and the implementation status of the Basic Standards for Physical Education of Institutions of Colleges and universities was fully analyzed through expert interviews and questionnaire survey.Conclusion is as follows:1.In terms of sports work planning and development: 2 schools out of the 10 universities did not hold annual special sports meetings;3schools did not create a good atmosphere of public opinion when conducting sunshine sports.2.In terms of physical education curriculum and implementation: 9out of 10 universities have not taken compulsory courses for physical education;some physical education teachers do not pay attention to improving students ' cardiopulmonary function;and some physical education teachers lack characteristics and attraction.3.In terms of extracurricular sports activities and competitions: the number of students participating in the games is less than 50%;3 schools did not establish 20 sports associations;4 schools did not organize teachers and students to participate in public welfare activities such as community fitness counseling.4.In terms of student physical fitness monitoring and evaluation: 1school of 10 universities did not take the physical test results as the index of student evaluation;the test results reached less than 50 points,and 3schools did not deal with the completion.5.In terms of basic capacity building and guarantee: 8 of the 10 universities have an unreasonable proportion of teachers and fewer sports teachers;physical education teachers have mostly master's degree,mostly associate professors and lecturers;in general,all schools lack sports facilities.Analyze the reasons why the ten ordinary undergraduate universities in Hunan Province did not follow the Basic Standard policy: the school sports director is not concerned enough about the school sports work;the changeable weather affects the normal teaching and group activities;some interesting sports;the superior department of the supervision of the schools;the high required recruitment conditions affect the teachers.The following suggestions are made:1.Strengthen the awareness of school physical education leaders concerned about school physical education work.The person in charge of school sports should be further concerned about the school physical education work,he must summarize the sports development of the school every year and serve the students wholeheartedly.2.Establish a guarantee mechanism for opening a full physical education class.Schools can arrange personnel to supervise,to ensure that the full physical education class can be held,to ensure the time for students to participate in physical exercise,and to improve the students 'physical health level.3.Increase the appeal of the games by adding fun sports.Schools can add tug of war,kangaroo jump relay and other interesting sports to attract students to participate in the sports meeting.4.Strengthen the supervision of schools to prevent schools from committing fraud.The superior departments should strengthen the supervision of the school,so that the school will strictly comply with the correct policies and regulations,when graduation,the physical test score of less than 50 points,the school should deal with according to the completion.5.Improve the level of teachers through the combination of introducing and training talents.The school should introduce and cultivate more healthy and correct sports talents with high education,and optimize the school's physical education teachers.
