In a speech at the school’s ideological and political theory teacher seminar in2019,General Secretary Xi proposed to strengthen the affinity of ideological and political theory courses.Proposing the topic of affinity is not only an objective requirement to realize the goal of ideological and political theory,but also a requirement to conform to the development trend of the times.Studying the ways to improve teaching affinity and integrating affinity into classroom teaching practice activities will help improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses and meet the realistic needs of students in the new era.The thesis closely focuses on the topic of teaching affinity for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and follows the ideas of raising questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems,based on Marx’s theory of human needs,the theory of interpersonal attraction,and the important discussion of the affinity of ideological and political work by the leaders of the Communist Party of China.And other theories,through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method to explore the improvement path of teaching affinity.The thesis attempts to explore the way to improve teaching affinity from the perspective of "harmony".The generation of teaching affinity depends on the various elements of teaching to achieve a state or state of harmonious coexistence.That is to say,the elements of teaching must conform to the rules,and adhere to the principles of the unity of teacher behavior and art,the unity of political and academic rationality,the unity of knowledge and value,and the unity of theory and practice.First of all,the thesis proposes that the teaching affinity of ideological and political theory includes teacher affinity,teaching content affinity,teaching method affinity,and teaching environment affinity.Teaching affinity is ultimately manifested as the appeal of teaching,ideological guidance,theoretical interpretation,and the identification of the educated..Secondly,the thesis examines the current status of the teaching affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities through the form of questionnaire survey,using two groups of teachers and students as samples.The survey found that teachers have affinity awareness but need to be strengthened,teaching content has affinity but look forward to a comprehensive improvement,teaching methods have affinity but look forward to a comprehensive improvement,and the integration of the teaching environment and affinity needs to be improved.Thirdly,in view of the current status quo,the thesis analyzes the five major factors of teachers’ teaching philosophy and comprehensive quality,teaching content pertinence and attractiveness,teaching method flexibility and pertinence,university environment and classroom environment,and students’ self-knowledge and acceptance consciousness.The effect of affinity.Finally,the paper discusses the ways to improve teaching affinity.As far as teachers are concerned,it is necessary to change teaching concepts to enhance teachers ’ awareness of affinity,innovate teaching discourse to enhance affinity ability,shape friendly teacher images,and enhance personality affinity;in terms of teaching content,it is necessary to highlight teaching content to cultivate affinity and enhance content.Sense of life and sense of life,highlighting humanistic care,insisting on the unity of teaching content and students’ intrinsic needs;in terms of teaching methods,highlighting the affinity of teaching methods,improving teaching skills,deepening teaching capabilities,making good use of teaching carriers,and insisting on strengthening practical teaching Students’ sense of experience;as far as the teaching environment is concerned,it is necessary to infiltrate affinity in the teaching environment.By creating a harmonious and open classroom environment and building a campus environment with an affinity concept,an affinity teaching environment is formed.To sum up,putting affinity throughout the whole process of ideological and political theory teaching is conducive to improving the teaching effect of ideological and political theory and promoting the positive development of ideological and political theory teaching.
