Effects Of Flag Football With Different Durations On Attention Stability Of 8-9 Years Old Children

Research purposes: in this study,the exercise load was selected within the requirements of the curriculum standard,the waist flag football was used as the teaching form(because of its relatively simple action,strong controllability of exercise intensity and exercise time),and 12 weeks of exercise intervention was conducted on 8-9-year-old school-age children with physical and mental health at different durations(5 min and 8 min)In order to test and analyze the influence of waist flag football on attention stability,the visual tracking method in attention test was used as the evaluation tool of attention stability.Research methods: this research experiment selects 8-9-year-old students from a primary school in Chengdu,aged from 8 years and 2 months to 9 months,were randomly selected as the experimental group,and one class as the control group.Group 1 was a5-minute sustained moderate high intensity group,and group 2 was a 8-minute sustained moderate high intensity group.There were 28 people in experimental group 1,28 people in experimental group 2 and 28 people in control group.There was no significant difference in BMI and attention stability between the two groups.Two experimental groups and the control group did not learn flag football,two experimental groups in addition to participate in 12 weeks of high-intensity waist flag football,other aspects are consistent with the control group.In this study,the visual tracking method was used to test the effect of middle high intensity waist flag football on the attention stability of children aged 8-9 with different duration(5 min and 8 min)for 12 weeks:1.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Through repeated measurement analysis of variance,it can be seen that after the intervention of medium and high-intensity waist flag football class with different duration of exercise,the main effect of "time" is significant(F = 147.608 b,P = 0.000 < 0.01);The main effect of "group" was significant(F = 3.213,P = 0.046 < 0.05);The interaction effect between time and group was significant(F = 14.318,P = 0.000 < 0.01);The interaction between time and gender was significant(F = 5.151 b,P = 0.008 < 0.01).(2)After exercise intervention,the effect of improving the level of attention stability of the three groups of children was significantly different in the post-test(12 weeks),f = 17.139,P = 0.000 < 0.01.The results showed that after 12 weeks of lumbar flag football,the improvement of attention stability level in the experimental group 1 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P = 0.012 < 0.05);The improvement of attention stability level in the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P = 0.00 < 0.01);The improvement of attention stability level in the two groups was significantly higher than that of the first group(P = 0.02 < 0.05).(3)For boys,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the improvement of attention stability level of the boys in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P = 0.015 < 0.05,P = 0.000 < 0.01),and the boys in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group 1(P =0.012 < 0.05);For girls,the increase of attention stability level in experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P = 0.02 < 0.05),and also significantly higher than that of the girls in experimental group 1(P = 0.047 < 0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,with the significant improvement of their attention stability,the Chinese,mathematics,English and total scores of the children in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).(5)Attention stability was positively correlated with English achievement(r = 0.314,P= 0.004 < 0.01)and total achievement(r = 0.325,P = 0.003 < 0.01).2.The results are as follows:(1)Waist flag football,which lasts for a short period of time with medium high intensity of 75%-85% of the maximum heart rate,can effectively improve the attention stability level of children aged 8-9.Medium high intensity is an important factor in cultivating children's attention stability level in physical education.(2)The improvement effect of children's attention stability level is related to the duration of continuous moderate high intensity exercise.Under the condition of the same intensity,the middle and high intensity waist flag football lasting for 5 minutes or 8 minutes can significantly improve the attention stability level of children aged 8-9,and the effect lasting for 8 minutes is more obvious.(3)Short duration of high intensity waist flag football can improve the attention stability of boys and girls aged 8-9,especially boys.(4)The short duration of medium high intensity waist flag football can effectively improve the academic performance of children aged 8-9 by improving their attention stability level,and there is a positive correlation between academic performance and children's attention stability level.
