Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Football Development In Yaodu District Junior High School In Linfen

Since 2009,when the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the notice on the development of national youth campus football activities,under the correct leadership of the relevant departments of the state,campus football has developed rapidly in many areas of our country,the number of schools with football characteristics is increasing day by day.The work of football in schools for young people will link up and promote "Church,practice and regular competition" in an orderly and coordinated way,and form the overall working idea of "Integrated design and integrated promotion",the level of campus football has improved significantly.As the basic link of China's football industry,the infrastructure and competition system of junior high school football has been continuously improved,and gratifying achievements have been made.The initial results of the national strategic deployment have been achieved,it has entered an unprecedented period of opportunity and development.Nowadays,campus football not only influences the development of football in China,but also shoulders the great mission of Training National Football "Reserve Talents",campus football as a key step of sports reform,how to do this step well,need the support of the government,schools,the community.This paper investigates the current situation of football development in 10 junior high schools in Yaodu District,Linfen,using the methods of questionnaire,literature and interview,to understand the situation of football field equipment,football curriculum development,football extracurricular activities participation,football team construction,football teachers and campus football funds in Yaodu District junior high school,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of football on Yaodu District campus,this paper sums up the problems in the development of football on campus by means of mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The findings of the study show that factors affecting the development of football in Yaodu District junior secondary schools include:(1)The old school football field and equipment lack,can not meet the needs of students in class and activities,lack of maintenance of football fields and equipment in new schools;(2)There are more schools offering football courses,but most of them are short in time,lack of supervision and poor in effect;(3)Most students like football,because of study pressure,fear of injury,football atmosphere is not good,no field and so on,the number of people participating in football extracurricular activities is less;(4)The team construction has certain progress,but lacks the training and the management experience,the competition level is low;(5)The football teachers basically meet the demand,but the professional ability is on the low side;(6)Yaodu District junior high school football funding mainly comes from government grants,school input and family sponsorship,with limited funding and few social funding sources.According to the problems existing in the campus football of Yaodu District junior middle school in Linfen,this paper puts forward some suggestions:(1)Constructing the small field of 5-person system and 7-person system,making use of the social field around the school,solving the problem of the shortage of school field,maintaining the school field regularly,fill-up football equipment;(2)The school offers full football lessons,strengthens the football course management,solves the time conflict between the item of the high school entrance examination and the football lessons,adopts the teaching idea of "Combining education with fun",raises the student's interest in the football games,improves the football teaching level of the campus;(3)To do a good job in the publicity work of campus football,increase the number of participants in football extra-curricular activities,improve the mechanism of intramural league matches,carry out other football cultural construction activities,and enliven the atmosphere of campus football;(4)The school cooperates with the Football Association and the Club,manages the football team together,establishes the primary school-the Junior Middle school-the High school-the club cooperation mechanism,unblocked the football team member to study the channel;(5)To increase the recruitment of professional football teachers,balance the proportion of football teachers of all ages,carry out football-related training on campus on a regular basis,improve the professional level of football teachers,optimize the system of promotion of professional titles of football teachers,and improve the treatment of football teachers;(6)To raise the attention of the campus football society and guide the social funds to support the construction and development of the campus football through various channels.
