The Enterprising Scheme For Liu Du Football Club Co.

Chengdu Liu Du Football Club Co. ltd. is a specialty sport Co. mainly in planning organizing football competition of non-specialty career, spreading football matches and developing business. During the early days of the project we conducted market, research, competition analysis, and then started to design the project. We design and draft the plan for understanding the present competitive situations, identifying the market opportunities, and locating the position of the project according to that product design, marketing plan and sales decision being conducted. Besides, we have to analyze the economic feasibilities and risks of the project with measures prepared in advance.This program is founded by the chief manager Liu, from Chengdu Liu Du Football club and the author. I undertook layouts of the total, the strategy, the business and the HR, at the same time, completed the program as a writer. Liu was in charge of the work for financial plan, it was started from Feb, 2006, including marketing survey, business plan, financial paln and strategy plan. It was completed planning and drafting blue print in Feb. 2007 and brought into effort in Mar. 2007.This plan is characteristic of sound timing and application, as well as careful risk-assessing and evading with prudential anticipation of the implementing process. As a result, the plan is with high application and little risk. However due to the fierce competition and volatile features of the gym industry, our anticipation may not exactly fit into the reality, thus adjustment is needed to get best result.As a MBA candidate I find it a very rear chance for me to train my skills of management after we have learned business planning in class. Especially as being drafter, I have got wonderfully training in integrated thinking and achieved a lot, including the key skills and techniques for business planning. Finally I have to point out, the plan is far from perfect and needs to be improved in implementation.
