Women's pole vaulting was our country's dominant project in the early 1990 s.With the emphasis on this project in Europe and America and the development of science and technology,our country lost its leading position in this project,so we found our country and the world Where there is a gap in level,improving our country's women's pole vault technique should be the primary task.This article takes the kinematic characteristics of the approach and take-off techniques of the outstanding female pole vaulters in China as the research object,and uses the method of literature data,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,and the method of shooting on the spot to analyze the athletes' technical movements in the approach and take-off stages.Based on the kinematic indexes of the top seven women pole vault athletes in the 2020 National Athletics Championships in the run-up and take-off phases,the research summarizes the current situation of the technology in the approach and take-off phases of the women's pole vault in China,and explores the excellent level of women's pole vault in China and the world.Open the reasons for the gap,so as to seek the restrictive factors that affect the development of women's pole vault in our country.Taking the correlation between kinematics parameters and performance in the approach and take-off phase as a reference,the focus and key points are found for the training of Chinese women's pole vault in the approach phase and the point-insertion phase of the pole vault.This will improve the athletes' skills in the approach stage and the point-insertion stage of the jump,and provide relevant data support for the continued glory of China's women's pole vault.Due to the impact of the 2020 epidemic,only this large-scale competition has been held in China.Therefore,through the analysis of this article,we can also see the training level and competitive status of Chinese female pole vaulters during the epidemic.The conclusions of the study are:1.The forward roll force generated during the descent of the head has an adverse effect on the stability of the body.Athletes with a basically straight line of movement of the take-off foot have a stronger ability to control the pole than a curved athlete,and the approach is more economical.2.The characteristics of the last three step lengths of the excellent female pole vaulters in China are that the step length of the third step is smaller than the second step and the step length of the first step is greater than the step length of the last three steps,and the step length difference between the last three steps is small.,Among them,there is a highly positive correlation between the penultimate step and the performance.3.The characteristics of the final three paces of the excellent female pole vaulters in China is that the third-to-last step speed is greater than the second-to-last step and the pace is less than the first-to-last step,which is conducive to gain momentum and increase take-off power,of which the second-to-last step There is a big gap between the pace of pace and the world's excellent level.4.In the take-off stage,the small ground clearance angle of our international athletes will cause the vertical speed to be too small,which is not conducive to the reasonable distribution of horizontal and vertical speeds.The immature use of the "free jump" technique in the athlete group will result in a large distance between the starting point and the take-off point,which will reduce the bending of the pole,which is not conducive to the effective completion of subsequent actions.5.There is a big gap between the height of the center of gravity and the height of the pole held by the elite female pole vaulters in China at the moment of taking-off leg off the ground and the world's excellent level,which is not conducive to the storage of elastic potential energy and affects the height of the jump.The angle of the knee joint at the moment of lifting off the ground and the difference between the angle of flexion and extension of the knee joint have a negative impact on the performance.
