Research On The Influencing Factors And Development Trend Of The Evolution Of Bodybuilding Competition Rules In China

China's bodybuilding competition rules from 1987 to 2021 has gone through 34 years of development,through seven major modifications,China's bodybuilding competition rules from 2015 edition,six years after the release of the latest version of 2021 bodybuilding competition rules.With the continuous development of society,bodybuilding competition rules in Our country are also constantly developing and improving,but the research on the theory of bodybuilding competition rules is weak.This paper analyzes the development direction of bodybuilding in China in the future by exploring the changes of the rules of bodybuilding competition in China and the factors that affect the rules.Through the evolution of bodybuilding competition rules,we can predict the development trend of bodybuilding competition in Our country and promote the development of bodybuilding competition rules in a better direction.It has theoretical and practical value for athletes and coaches to improve their training skills and competition results.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,longitudinal comparison,text analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the eight editions of bodybuilding competition rules formulated from 1987 to 2021,thus obtaining the following research results:(1)According to the evolution of competition rules,the evolution process can be divided into the following four stages: the embryonic stage of rules(1987-1992),the preliminary formation stage of rules(1993-2002),the rapid development stage of rules(2003-2012),and the gradual improvement stage of rules(2013-2021).(2)The evolution of the rules from 1987 edition to 2021 edition shows the following six characteristics: diversified and popular competition events;Competition groups gradually rationalized and scientific;Competition procedures and content gradually improved,rich;The evaluation method is more accurate and fair;Venue and dress standards;Athletes and coaches require more perfect and specific behavior.(3)The influencing factors on the evolution of bodybuilding competition rules in China mainly include the development of bodybuilding itself,the development of bodybuilding market,the change of international situation,the influence of aesthetic changes,moral factors and human factors.(4)From the evolution of bodybuilding competition rules,it is predicted that bodybuilding in China will present the following development trends: Chinese characteristic and internationalization;The technical level of bodybuilding has been continuously improved;The beauty of bodybuilding has been improved;The characteristics of bodybuilding are gradually prominent;More people participate in bodybuilding;Bodybuilding rules are more standardized and specific;Judgments are more fair and objective;The development direction of bodybuilding is more clear.
