The Influence Of The Evolution Of Rules On Competitive Volleyball Since The Implementation Of The Score System For Each Ball

Since the birth of volleyball in 1895,competitive volleyball has gone through more than one hundred years.Since the establishment of the International Volleyball Federation in 1947,the systematic and regularized competitive volleyball rules have gradually entered the public vision.Volleyball rules on the nature of the game,form and content of the provisions,to ensure the fair volleyball competition,stable and orderly.In addition,the rules need to be constantly modified to meet the needs of the development of volleyball,the two are interdependent and mutual promotion.Over the past hundred years,volleyball rules have undergone many revisions,and changed to different degrees in different periods.The most dramatic change was in the 1990 s,when the FIVB changed the point-per-serve system to the point-per-serve system,which has continued to this day.This change is of great significance not only to the structure of the game but also to the development of techniques and tactics.After that,the evolution of volleyball rules tends to be stable and perfect.In this paper,the emergence of the rules of the scoring system per ball is taken as the starting point of the research,and the rules from the implementation of the scoring system to the present day are taken as the research objects.According to the release time and modification characteristics of the rules,they are divided into four stages,namely,the reform and improvement period,the flexible development period,the mature and stable period,and the technological innovation period.And USES the literature material method,logic analysis method,video observation and statistics the evolution of the content of the rules of classification and induction,the related game to watch the video and statistics,the stages from the technical rules of change with the technical rules to modify two big aspects,combined with the corresponding data and performance,thus it is concluded that phase characteristics on the development of rules and its influence to the competitive volleyball.The influence of rules on techniques and tactics is further analyzed,and the corresponding summary is as follows: 1.The development of the free man rule alleviates the pressure of the setter.The free man becomes the core of the setter in the back row and participates in the active setter to liberate the front row.2.The development of the offensive setter has gradually become the mainstream trend,which promotes the versatility of the on-court roles;3.A large number of floating balls make the reception station change and advance;4.The development of offensive techniques and tactics is fast,changeful and three-dimensional.Through the analysis of the rule modification in each stage,the conclusions are as follows:1.The change and development of volleyball rules can promote,restrict and guide competitive volleyball.2.The central ideas guiding the revision of rules are as follows: "fairness and justice","unity and norms","balance between attack and defense","people-oriented" and "conflict reduction".3.The revision scale of the rules has been tightening,loosening,tightening and loosening again.The new development trend of competitive volleyball has been determined through the new cycle again and again.4.As for the purpose of the rule modification,the most important thing is to promote the balance between attack and defense,and since volleyball has always been stronger in attack than defense,the main means to achieve the balance between attack and defense is to modify the conditions conducive to the defense.Secondly,through the new attack and defense balance again and again,to encourage and promote the development of volleyball skills and tactics.5.The rules of changes in addition to help technology play,also has a more profound impact on other aspects,such as continue in a planned way,has a vision to expand the volleyball market,attract audiences,advocating the idea of people-oriented,give more equal opportunities to all the athletes,and through various means to maintain safe,harmonious,fair and just competition environment,etc.6.The focus of rule modification at each stage is different.The early stage focuses on the modification of techniques and tactics and other major aspects,while the late stage pays more attention to details.Based on the above conclusions,the author puts forward the following suggestions: the idea of automatic penalty for some fouls,the referees need to make better use of the authority given by the Hawk-Eye system and the re-realization of the idea of winning four out of seven games.
